Good place, I come here often but out of no where they tried charging me for “hot sauce packets” I get the sweet sauce but hot sauce? I think it’s absurd all I asked for 4 packs and was getting charged. This is actually one of the only waba grills that chargers for sauces it’s absurd. Not stepping foot here

Ordered the dumplings here along with a salmon bowl. Salmon bowl was decent…..thankfully not burnt but the dumplings on the other hand………..were burnt like crazy! I’ll head to another location instead. After I give it a couple days so I can forget my experience at this one.

This is a convenient location if you’re in the Glendora area around grand/route 66. Service is fast, food is good. If you have a dairy allergy, waba is great since practically nothing on the menu has dairy in it, cross-contamination risk is low.

I’m giving it 3 Stars because the food is good for being a franchise restaurant, but it’s getting a little old that they keep forgetting to put my kids veggies in their teriyaki bowls! I get home and my 4 yr old is upset that I didn’t check the food before I left the restaurant. Only bummer when you take it to go! I just don’t have the time or the energy to call and complain when you have a newborn at home. Please fix this problem and double check orders please!

Great food, good service. We stopped here on our way to Vegas. Halfway thru, we stopped for gas and my BIL realized he forgot his man purse here! Called and spoke to the supervisor who wasn’t so keen on helping, got her name and arranged for a friend to pick up. Thankfully, all end well, with everything intact.
