Went once and won’t be back. Food looked so old and dry. And my sale didn’t even look like salad. I thought my salad was cooked veggies or something and not in a good way. It looked horrible!!! Service was not great either sadly. Plate looked worse in person than the pics.

So their food is always awesome and they prep it fast so you’re in and out quickly, never more than like 7 mins max. Inside is very small so wouldn’t recommend dine in but essentially you can if you’d like to. Always clean and tidy too, never crowded either, plenty of parking, easy access, etc. They also can have it ready if you call ahead of time but again wait times not an issue here. The staff is young and friendly, no issues there. The ONLY critique I could give here is they never give enough hot sauce even when asking for extra. They need bigger packets for it, haha. But all you gotta do is ask and they’ll help you out. They do ask you to wear a mask before entering via the sign on door but not while you eat if someone happens to dine in. Love this spot, love their food, and great friendly workers get the job done quickly. Highly recommend!

I was the only one there when I placed my order and after waiting 20 minutes for a mini meal, and other customers orders were being called/ready who came in after me, I questioned the manager who then began making my food 20 minutes later so I left after requesting my money back. I AND OTHER TEACHERS avoid this place because lack of customer service and cleanliness ( it smelled like sewage too) but I was short on time and desperate for something quick and healthy- not quick enough.

A very long time customer of this place, until today!!! Went with over twenty minutes before closing time. Doors were locked, I could see the employees in the back of the restaurant. They clearly saw I was outside the door. Called the manager , she really did not do anything but make stupid excuse about the door having mechanical issues, which clearly was a lie. If you want to go some where in which they value the customer then don’t go to this p.o.s. Place !!! Will never return to this !!!

Twice when we went they said my gift card is expired and has insufficient funds . I had just gotten the gift card for my birthday and new that I had $50 on the card . When I asked for a manager the card went through. Theses employees need better training. Instead of lying to the customers because they too lazy to to ask for help .

Waba Grill is my favorite restaurant because I’m not a fan of the generic fast food locations like in-n-out or Wendy’s. Staff seems to get the orders right since it’s not really complicated. Always enjoy a hot fresh bowl that was just prepared when I had ordered it, compared to the one at Eastvale where sometimes it is given mildly warm.

Waba Grill is by far my favorite place to eat! I always enjoy my usual of a chicken bowl with brown rice. This new location is much closer to my home which allows me to consume my meal more often. The workers seem professional and hard-working, however that’s usually how it is at any new restaurant location so I’ll make sure to submit a new review in a couple months. Really appreciate the healthy options that Waba Grill provides and if you’re ever skeptical to try it out, DO IT! Way better than Chipotle and FlameBroiler in my opinion.

I ordered the chicken bowl with vegetables and as I got home I noticed no vegetables in my bowl also there was a lot of dead insects on the floor, like if they fumigated or something. I was too embarrassed to even ask what was that on the inside of the restaurant.
