Hi, waited about five minutes and my food came out completely cold. It was so cold 1 inch layer of teriyaki on top made it in edible it was just a mishap unable to eat it not good at all. I went back up and I had to wait in line again when I asked politely just to get my money back. I had to wait again for the associate need to go discuss it with the manager and she came back to tell me I will have to wait for the manager to help me but she is by herself now I’ve already wasted 20 minutes in my lunch break is over and I let her know I will need to leave and she said it’s going to be a few more minutes until Elizabeth the manager can help me with my refund. I never got my money back I had to leave the place was not very busy at all but short handed I left my receipt and my food on the counter I will never be back the food was not good at all it wasn’t even warm.

Between me and you the food was very good I enjoyed it a lot. I only have one complaint and that is they should put more sauce on it. Yes I do understand that you can ask for extra to put on yourself but to me it’s not the same somehow. Other than that I definitely recommend eating there.

I’ve been coming to this Waba for years and it’s always consistent. The staff is friendly and quick. The food is always freshly cooked and delicious. Be sure to order ahead during the lunch rush! The Waba bowl is my go-to.
