Dumplings are inconsistent here. That’s all I ever get. A quick little snack before work or after and it’s been good lately until the last two times I’ve gone. Not sure if it’s a new person on the grill or just being lazy but as you see in the pictures it’s pretty bad.

I see many bad reviews of this location and although it is concerning, I have never had a problem here. I’ve eaten here once every few weeks for around 2 years and never once had a problem. If anything, I think that they are a little stingy with the waba sauce but I get that every business is trying to reduce needless waste or costs. Everything here is great for me.

Bad service, lazy! Came in a half hour before closing, still had 18mins left when I got my plate, and asked if I could have a seat and eat since they aren’t closed. Was told sternly “no” “walk in only” finished my meal in my car and came back in to throw away my trash and get the napkins I still needed. Lame! If they had a worse product this place would go out of business fast…

I ordered my food on line and made a mistake and added rice. So when I got there I spoke with a Ellen who said she was the manager, told her I needed to make a change that I do not want rice all vegetables! She got so mad and was throwing things , the rice back into rice container, slamming the lid, had no customer service at all!!! She was flat out rude and should go to school and learn to be polite and respectful to people!!

This location always closes before 8pm and when you arrive at 10 til and the door is locked the employees just stare at you and then show each other their phone. They could care less about their customers. They just want to close early and get out of there. No customer service
