I used to be a regular at this location for about 3 years (coming here 3 to 4 times a week) but recently I came here 2 times in a row and my meat was burnt to the point where it was inedible. Tasted like straight up charcoal. Unfortunately I will no longer be eating at Waba grill (or at least at this location) again.

I won’t return to this location. I always order two Chicken/Veggie bowls, no rice and no sauce. This location charges extra for no rice. We noticed our bowls had almost no broccoli 3 in one, 2 in the other) or carrots, (basically no carrots) and were over full of cabbage. Frustrating since we paid extra and got a bunch of cheap cabbage.

The service here was good, but the food was pretty bad. Our cashier was efficient, the food came out very quickly, and the restaurant was clean. I ordered a steak veggie rice bowl that I didn’t like at all. The meat tasted more like bland ground beef and the veggies were pretty raw, when I would have preferred them steamed. I can spend $9 somewhere else for food that actually tastes good. My husband got the chicken rice bowl and felt the same – it was bland and not good. I wouldn’t recommend this place or go back.

Served wrong order and wasted food. Then told the customer, “We can resell it.”, after I had already opened it and touched it to confirm it was my wrong order. And she told me I was wrong (the customer) Because she could reuse it. However, I had already opened it and took it to my car. Thats not OK and unsafe during Covid. They were ok with wasting food. Wonder what the owner thinks? And then she remade my order, it was wrong, again! Zero ability of getting orders done correctly . It was one simple bowl and it was wrong twice!

I was so excited to see a Waba grill was coming to Colton! I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I was after my first visit, I felt I was an inconvenience to those working, the cook took a precooked piece of chicken and flipped it a few times over the grill, while another filled a plastic tray with iceberg lettuce salad mix, cherry tomatoes with brown spots and a few slices of apples, the freshest thing on the salad was the avocado which was fanned out over a hard dried up piece of chicken. Lettuce was sticking out of container as they closed the lid, service was bad! The only thing that impressed me was the prepackaged salad dressing! Not a happy customer with an $8 salad!
