My stepsister Jane and I were dining at this WaBa grill while visiting California to visit family and me and Jane were very disappointed with the food, the chicken was dry and most of the stuff did not taste good in general. I am very displeased.

I ordered a mini bowl plant inspired steak with vegetables. The veggies were not cooked. The carrots were raw and hard. There was very little rice( a teaspoon). Definitely not worth $8. No care in making the bowl.

We used to love Waba Grill, but this location has gone downhill. Second time in a row our order was wrong. They give you white rice when you request brown rice, and visa versa. They offer a choice, so someone should be reading the orders. The chicken was so dry I could barely swallow it. Since we order online we have a record of our exact order, which lately has been messed up. Probably not gonna waste my money there any longer 🙁

Update 8/10/2020 – Updating from 4 star to 5. I made small comment after picking up order that has wrong selection (white instead of brown rice) on the app, and few days later, owner of the store reached out offering me a free bowl to make up for it. I’m super impressed and anyone that is willing to handle & care for their business this way deserves a full 5 star! & of course always yummy food!
