I have mixed feelings, the service was quick, and the food was out swiftly. However, the vegetables that were heavily advertised were just OK steamed veggies. The cabbage was good, and so was the meat it was flavorful and tender. However, all together, the food was just ok. It was stir-fry.

New owners have ruined this store. Used to be fast service and consistently good food. Now service is slow, every order I’ve got has been wrong, chicken now has fat and cartilage in it from not being trimmed well and dumplings are smashed and falling apart and look like they’ve been cooked in an uncleaned pan. They also skimp on the waba sauce making the food bland. GET IT TOGETHER AND STOP PINCHING PENNIES or you will soon be out of business.

Last time I came here I asked for the family feast but they gave me the family meal, I had to go back and ask for the upgrade and get charged a second time for the upgrade. This time I went and asked for the family meal and asked for white and brown rice, he said white and brown and they gave me white only, they did the same to my co worker when he ordered food when he went Good food but they need to clean out their ears and get these orders right.

Filling! I ordered steak and chicken rice bowl with extra meat and a side of salmon. I was hungry. Food was really good. Big portion size. Not sure about others issues mentioned with the Asian guy. I think I delt with him but order online so was minimal. Only reason for 4 stars is I ordered extra sauce for $.29 and what I received was laughable. To think they actually charged me for that!! Especially after just spending $25. Id go back. Skipping the extra sauce of course.

My mom and I were helped by Ali, who was extremely attentive and polite. I was just so shocked because it’s rare for workers to be so professional-calm-helpful-nice all at the same time. I felt that Ali deserves the recognition, super hard working guy! I love waba grill so his customer service made it an awesome experience.

I have never ate at Waba Grill before but my friend swears by how good the food is, so I decided to try it. I walked in (no other customers were inside) and the cashier (asian guy) did not acknowledge me in the slightest. I felt very unwelcomed instantly. When he finally turned around to “take me order” all he does is stare at me. Literally, just stares at me. Not a “Hello, what can I get for you?” “Any questions or recommendations?”… nothing but a cold stare. After browsing the menu for 10-15 seconds I begin to order and again, zero response or acknowledgement of my order, just a stare. Not even exaggerating, he is the rudest person I have ever “interacted” with in my entire life. I’m not sure if he’s the owner or just a very disgruntled employee. He looked to be in his mid 30s. Anyways, I then concluded that I clearly wasn’t welcome there, so I stopped ordering and left. Unbelievably terrible first experience.
