1st time having Waba Grill. I ordered the beef with steam rise. Well let me tell you very disappointing. The rice was hard not very well cooked like a real steam rice and the meat was way to over cooked so made it taste way to dry. Avocado was good

I just get my food 2/18/23 chicken plate x to go, I told the lady the chicken looks burn, she said is the teriyaki sauce, I get to my place and the chicken was burn and hard, I call then and they said bring the food and buy and other plate and we charge 1/2 price, I never go again to this place

Had a vegetable, chicken, brown rice bowl. It was tasty and interesting compared to other fast food joints. I think with some more visits and experimentation with their menu I could end up finding some favorites here. The bowls were big (couldn’t finish it) and the restaurant was clean. Not fancy.

Really good. This was my first time to eat at Wabba Grill and I thought it was better than Flame Broiler. They certainly are not Stingy with their sauces and provide a good size to go cups for the peppers, sauces, and green onions. Large portion sizes also. I would definitely return.

Second time I ordered from them and didn’t get the Sobe drink I paid for. Zack was very rude when I called and no manager on duty! Zack blamed the Uber East driver for not getting it from their frige. The poor driver hardly spoke English! Clearly they need a better system to get the drink and hand it to the driver when they give him the food!

Horrible service. For the past 2 times I’ve visited this waba the music is blasting and the lady taking your order keeps saying, “what?!” Then today I go in for BOGO deal and as soon as she tells me the total I redeem the deal which set on a timer and she picks up the phone. I tell the deal is on a timer and she continues take an order on the phone. Then the deal expired and she says there’s nothing she can do. This is the last time I will visit this establishment.
