Early morning take out order @ 6:30am. Restaurant empty, employees were outside, but went in as soon as I pulled up. Ladies were personable and friendly. Food freshly made, efficiently prepared and under sanitary conditions. THANKS! Would have rated 5 stars; however, unable to place a to go order over the phone in advance. Recording stated to serve dining guests limiting takeout orders, but restaurant was EMPTY. Hostess said manager turned that recording on when she left for the day. Could have saved me time with grab & go option. Good experience overall. Waffle House needs to offer turkey breakfast products.

I always order the same thing…1 slice of country ham bone out, well done on two biscuits! How hard could it be. The Ham was okay, but the biscuits were like warm. Thank God they weren’t still frozen. Very disappointing waitress was kid, considerate and professional.

I absolutely love waffle house I went to western branch location last night with my family. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER! The guy on the grill was terrible and our server (which was new) terrible. The waffle didn’t good, hash brown were burnt onions weren’t cooked. Just terrible experience. I did leave a tip by her being new but never again at night.

I approach a lady at register, she doesn’t greet me but is standing at the register speaking to a man seated at the closest seat to the register. She then yells to a light skin heavy set woman to come take this order for her. But then she asked what I want so I tell her my order, she makes me repeat it 5 times. The light skin lady finally comes and asks what I want and she makes me repeat my order 3 times. I don’t know what kind of operation they are running at this store but the man who was closest to the register left his debit card inside the card machine…guess what I ate FREE for me but on his dime! He was distracting the first young lady from her job. I thought I walked into the twilight zone or something. I speak proper English and repeated myself numerous times at their request.

Overall experience was disgusting! Linda was Rude and Nasty! My son’s waffle had hair in it. The waffle was made over three times. The first time it was cold, the chocolate chips wouldn’t even melt and the second time it was hair in it. Linda had an attitude from the start and was very snappy and her customer service was horrible. Not just to me but a few other guests. Let’s just say it you’re not a “regular” or her kind she’s very short with her tables! Kitty is just a pretty older lady with a white shirt. I don’t know what’s her purpose as a leadership role. All she did was walk in circles and play with the jukebox. No good resolution skills to customers needs and problems. I know NO Waffle House is a five star diner but this was location was the WORSE!! Save your $20 and tip a waitress that’s worth it! To the waitress there if you don’t like the job, don’t fill out the application!!!!
