This is the only waffle house I go to within the Petersburg area. There is usually seating available and quick service. The employees are friendly and the food tastes as expected. I do believe the restaurant could be a bit cleaner because the menus are greasy and it is messy behind the counter were the employees work.

A standard Waffle House…. it’s nice knowing what to expect. I like their individually packaged orange and tomato juice. Pecan waffles, scrambled eggs, cheese grits, crispy bacon, and cinnamon raisin bread…. with a side of city ham. It was plenty for 2 to share. Service was friendly and prompt!

Me and my husband got hungry late night and there was only 2 people working and the girl and guy that were there definitely made me feel comfortable. MT anxiety usually keeps me on edge but they made it so easy to talk to and the food was delicious. Need more people like them working like this. I appreciated their kindness.

They take too long to clean tables my food is taking forever to come. I ordered a Texas bacon cheesesteak and they didn’t put the steak in. They constantly butchered my order. Service is very slow, The workers keep chitchatting instead of working. The workers were also rude, we were waiting at the table the lady was so rude and told us to wait at the chairs instead of the table we were waiting for to be cleaned up we waited over 20 mins just to sit. This is Most terrible service I ever seen and I am visiting from NewYork.

Food was ok. service was ok but ….Flies. so many FLIES! I spent the majority of the time inside the restaurant swatting flies away from my food and off of me. Something in there is not being taken care of apparently. If you are not a fan of flies, do not take your chance here

Went there over the weekend for late night dinner and the cook said to the waitress after we waited for at least 20 mins to be acknowledged…verbatim “I’m not cooking that he can come back here and fix it himself.” The lack of customer service, the uncleanliness of the restaurant, the disrespect directly displayed to the customers, staff not following any health guidelines or protocols after hours says a lot about this establishment. I suggest going to the location in Colonial Heights for efficient prompt and friendly service; most importantly a clean environment.
