Came to Waffle House tonight. With our family. While we were not expecting a fancy meal we were atleast expecting a well cooked waffle. What we got was one item brought out at a time while each item brought was cold followed by extemely flat waffles that were not cooked all the way. The waitress was terrible

Very good food but very poor staff. Very unfriendly and almost seemed annoyed by every question you would ask. Heard the too employees (cook and waiter) talking rudely about my mother and I. Overall the food was good but they could use new workers.

On 03/03/2023, between the times of 10:00am and 10:30am, I went to the Inwood, WV location. I was at the register where I dark hard young woman was taking orders. There was nobody else waiting at the register with me at this time. She was writing two receipts or tickets, and was chatting with another worker so I continued to wait for her to be done. She had looked up at me and the other worker behind her had also seen me waiting. She checked her phone and continued to chat with the worker behind her. She then walked away from me, the worker behind her following. The couple at the diner bar eating was looking confused, as was to why I wasn’t being served, and was ignored. The worker then went to the stove area across and to the left of me and looked at me, she stood there eating her own food while I waited a moment more. The other worker would not re-approach the register either. The workers were not working. Nobody was cooking or checking anybody out. They just looked at me and ate their food. One other couple who was there, possibly Hispanic, whom was there before me, seated at a table was not served, not even drinks. The worker had also looked at them because they were looking through the kitchen to see what was going on. At this point I could see I wasn’t going to get served. After I waited there a moment a man came behind me to pay his ticket and the worker started over to get his ticket. I left, and never got my food. I’m not sure why I would be refused service here.

Well for starters, when I called to place a to go order after several rings I got an automated message that they weren’t taking to go orders so they could better assist in person diners. So I walked in to place order. Place was filthy. Tables and floors were gross. Prices are insane now and I asked for crispy bacon and it certainly was not!
