The cook Did not whisk our eggs prior to making an omelette. My husband inquired as to why she did not whisk them, her response was “this is the way I like to make them”. He asked her how long had she been a cook, her response was 1 year. Management needs to retrain their stuff. Plus, I had planned on calling the order in for my husband to pick up on the way home however I got An automated message stating they were no longer taking call-in orders so they could focus on the customers that were dinning in. Went yesterday morning to have breakfast with my son. It was an ice box in there. We could literally see our breath. Several people commented on how cold it was, and the waitress Ali told him, “They don’t like to turn the heat on because the grill makes it hotter for them.” It was freezing. Our food came up pretty quickly, considering they weren’t busy, and it was ok. But we never got any refills & we had to hurry and leave because of the temperature. We don’t normally come to this location, so we more than likely won’t come back to the asheboro location.

We ordered scrambled eggs with bacon, hash browns, and toast. The eggs had a funky taste. The bacon was served in a half-cooked pile and the toast was like chewing on the leather tongue of a work boot. I’d recommend another location over this one.
