Food was precooked and cold. Hash browns were burned to a crisp . Tea was not fresh. Toast was so cold it would not melt the butter. Bacon was cooked on one side only.

Best waffle house experience in a long time. Sorry I can’t remember the young lady’s name or I would give you the credit but everybody seemed on their toes and had it together. Asked for my waffle dark which nobody can ever get right and she brought it to me perfect .

We stopped in for a meal on 8/5/23 in Bisco NC, when we got our food it was precooked and cold. Both myself and my boyfriend only ate a few bites because the food was unfit to eat. When we checked out the waitress asked how our food was and we told her it was not good. They added their own tip to the bill. Both of us got sick the next day from eating the food there. I would not recommend eating there.

Every single table and bar spot had dirty dishes and employees refused to seat my party and only offered take out and recommend I just go elsewhere like Wendy’s or to another town with a Waffle House… I guess they get so much business the owner doesn’t mind them turning customers away…

Came to the Biscoe location on more than one occasion and they were closed. People in the parking lot behind the building workers actually not inside. Door was not locked so we were able to come on in. Inside their restaurant for 10 minutes NOBODY in there. Could have taken or cooked whatever we wanted and left. How do you get like this. Very very unacceptable. We spent 20 to 50 bucks each time we come here.

I stopped in here to get a biscuit for a child I was taking turkey hunting, When I entered there were about 8 loud clearly intoxicated teenagers being disruptive and disrespectful not only to the staff but to the other guests as well. The staff never recognized me nor acknowledged I was waiting to place an order after waiting nearly ten minutes and watching 3 other unnerved guests walk out I too left and went elsewhere.

Unlike the last Waffle House we visited, this one served better food. We visited on a Sunday, finding the restaurant quite busy which caused us a long wait time for seating. We did notice during our visit that take out orders were being denied and wait times for meals were being announced to be 30 minutes. Also heard them say they had no more onions. While these wait times were extensive, the meals were worth the wait. Maybe they were crowded because the food is good and the staff were friendly and attentive to any needs the customers may have had.
