The waffles were great, but important note: they said they don’t take walk-up orders, you will have to order on line, then pickup. Not ideal if you’re hungry now and you stopped by while on the road. Starbucks, Biscuitville, MC D’s or even Bojangles take walk up customers all day.

Came into this location with my husband and son. It was full so we waited patiently for a table to open up. Once the table opened up and the waitress cleaned the table we took a seat. There were 2 waitresses there and 2 cooks, both walked past us several times without acknowledging our presence. That’s fine, maybe they’re handling the other tables that they already have. Another table finishes and gets up. The table sat unbussed for a few minutes but a lady and her kids walk in. Still no one has acknowledged us. They tell her one moment while we clean the table. They clean the table , the lady sits at the bar and the kids sit at the table. The waitress immediately goes to the lady and starts to talk with her , and try to accommodate. Her nor the other waitress have said a word to us. Finally after waiting for over 5 mins with no words , our family decided to leave. While leaving I thanked the waitress for the service she did not give us and she said you’re welcome. We won’t be returning , they clearly don’t value everyone’s business.

First off nobody acknowledge you when you come in the door, you just have to wait for a table, second the floor is dirty with food and crumbs, third they didn’t have any waffles, Waffle House didn’t have waffles lol that’s crazy to me, They claim the waffle makers are down.

I came in after work, everyone spoke when I entered. I sat down, Kendall brought my silverware and coffee and said my server world be with me. Two other family’s came in and sat down, they were White, I’m black. They took there order immediately. Of course I’m still sitting. No one ever helped me. I did speak to manager, and told him I felt like it was a racist issue. I’m put a new review up everyday for 3 days about this Waffle House.
