Really nice people and the waffles were excellent! Online order, arrived to pickup order, talked to 3 really nice women who were employees about my order. They told me that my order would be ready in 4 minutes, they showed me where the butter syrup forks knives were, got napkins for me, gave me a bag to put it in and then gave me my food minutes later. Highly recommend.

Food was actually cooked great, Despite all of the chaos going on. Sat at the bar, (because section was closed), and had slamming dishes in front of us the entire time. Broken glass in parking lot, afraid to pop the trailer tire, (not worried about the truck tire). Got a broom from inside and got cut trying to remove it. 1.00 for to-go water was a bit crazy. Out of all of the years I have been coming to Waffle House for the hash browns, I actually had my first waffle today, at Waffle House LOL! It was tasty!

Love it. Waitress was so sweet and made us feel at home. One of only places you can eat in. So clean. Good coffee. Food hot and good. Car show somewhere nearby but they all came here to eat. Parking lot full of beautiful cars too.

I went a month before this time and the food was great, service was okay. This time the service was awful and food wasn’t that great. It was good but could have been better. Forgot to give peppers for hash browns. When mentioned she looked at me and said you ordered that? Never asked if needed anything else nor refills. Felt treated wrong shall I say.

There were only three other customers when I walked in. Yet all the empty tables were filthy. I picked one and the waitress washed it I had to ask for a menu I had to ask for silverware and then they serve me in plastic dishes and charge me a to-go fee. I asked the waitress about the to go fee and she said it was actually taxes and that was just the way she added it up. Then she offered to take it off.

I live in Durham and I always make the drive to this waffle house because of their fast service and good quality breakfast , but unfortunately this last weekend I was very upset with the cooks reaction and very disappointed by his cursing and almost threw the plate at the waitress. My sandwich had a raw egg and I wasn’t going to eat it and the fact I took them 40 minutes to cook a breakfast sandwich was beyond upsetting . To top it off he was using profanity in front of a child never again going to this establishment again.

It was super busy but our waitress managed to keep an eye on every one of her tables including me and my bf. The food was hot and our glasses never went empty. I wish I had gotten our waitresses name because she was super sweet and very helpful.
