Great service from beginning to start. Haven’t ate the food yet but I know it’ll be amazing! Couldn’t get the lady name in the front that welcomed me but she deserves a raise Waffle House! Had the greatest customer service and the respectfulness was outstanding! She even put my eggs in a cup because I told her I’ll eat it from the other persons plate ( my bfs ) lol . Loved!

Had a great visit at this Waffle House. Was greeted right away and was told to sit any where available. Service was friendly and professional. Food was prepared in a timely manner and very delicious! Store rating is 99. Bathroom was clean and stocked.

For me there is only one Waffle House in Goldsboro and that is the one on Wayne Memorial Drive. I will not get into details about why the one on Berkeley shouldn’t be called Waffle House because if you visited both establishments, it would be painfully obvious.

Customer service was fine. Only complaint about my food was my grits were lukewarm, some parts refrigerator cold with huge lumps in them. I’ve never had cold grits. The rest of the food was delicious. Oh we ordered sausage and bacon, but it arrived after we finished a great portion of our meal.

I love Waffle House! Well, the one on Wayne Memorial anyways! It’s great, the waitress is real nice about bringing my waffle after I’ve finished my eggs and hashbrowns. Waiter was high as a kite and struggling to get our orders right. We got free food because he couldn’t keep track of anything. There were some homeschooled children in matching hats, eating beans and toast. I was there with three friends, all girls. This redneck teen kept staring at me, and then he waved me over to him. When I got close he said, “What kinda rizz you gotta have to be with three of ’em?”

I ordered online. I arrived and had to go back in because they were missing my orange juice. When I got to work I realized my order was missing it’s waffle & hashbrowns were small and not smothered. You can no longer call and speak to anyone at all. I don’t know who’s idea it was to cut communication but it’s a hell of an inconvenience. I’m pregnant and hungry and I have to drive all the way back up to Waffle House and wait to receive what I ordered. Backwards as hell.
