Joshua was our server and he was so friendly! Provided fast service and it was evident he was a hard worker like the rest of his team. Highly recommend the pumpkin spice waffle that starts tomorrow at this location.( I had one at a different location) hash browns and ham and egg Bacon and cheese sandwiches always are cooked perfectly here.

Said there would be a 20% “togo/supply fee” for my to go order. So I switched to dine in, got my my food, asked for a box and packaged it myself. Not the servers fault, corporate greed. They’re literally taking money out of their servers pockets. So I was sure to leave that 20% as extra tip on top of the standard 20%. I’d rather it go to them

We came in and gave our order to Gyrenn and told him that we wanted 2 bowls with no cheese and he told us that they “came with cheese!” I told him that two of us had a dairy allergy. He was extremely disrespectful!!

I have never been to a Waffle House that I haven’t been greeted when I walked in. There was a good 4 or 5, actually more servers and cooks standing around and not one person said a word to me as I came in and sat at the front to place an order. I didn’t get a “hello” “ we‘ll be right with you” Nothing! There’s was even a lady who was directly in front of me rinsing a dish, not one acknowledgment. Oh and the girl with those funky braids….just yuck, wouldn’t want her serving my food in the first place! By far the worst WH I’ve been to, and I’ve been to A LOT! I will never step foot back in this one, that’s for sure!

This is not just restaurant but a family. We are regular people because we are greeted as we open the door. The staff is always welcoming and even know our preferences. Great group of people. Josh, Barbara, Shakira, Taylah and Sherry the Manager all awesome people.

Came in for lunch today. Joshua was my server also he was training another employee. This guy was amazing. He greeted everyone with a smile and a happy gesture. He is an amazing man. Every waffle house deserves a guy like this. I will be back for sure.
