This is hands down the best Waffle House I’ve ever been to. Out of the ones in the area, trumps the rest of them. Very nice/attentive staff. The cooks are on point and can tell they communicate well. Always a go to breakfast spot for my fiancé and I, and we’ve never left disappointed. Keep up the great work!

Today after football. Me my grand son went to waffle house. He had a very big day. The team did very well. He had an interception any also caught a touchdown. So I went to celebrate. And boy did we Eat big. We had a triple size Hash Browns my hash Browns were covered smothered And And cut. 2 eggs sausage Patty toast. And waffles. So is fun going to waffle house. And watching how the waitresses take orders call the orders chef repeat the orders and it’s always fun to watch and make it. Today the food was absolutely perfect everything was awesome. The location that we went to was the one off a South new hope road it’s fairly new. They have a fine staff in There. I suggest you go and enjoy yourselves. I hope this helps I hope you like it

Waffle House a little grimy with predictably amazing waffles and eggs. Awesome staff bring your own sanitizing wipes for your table as that is the one thing that makes the breakfast less than stellar to see the rings from the plates of the diner prior. I ordered double hash browns with double cheese when I got my hash browns only one slice of cheese was on the slab. Sent it back and the cook said she used 2 pieces and placed both pieces on top of each other. Why would u do that if so? If I cook something I spread the cheese around everything not pile it up on one said. You could plainly see it was one piece of cheese. Also cook was playing on her cell phone while cooking, how rude and disgusting! NOT acceptable at all Waffle House!

I love waffle house. I generally go to waffle houses when I travel. There’s been a couple of times when things didn’t go as well as they could. But nothing like today. However, today tops it all. My sister and I went to this waffle house mostly as a visit as well as for breakfast because it’s the store we used to visit often. We knew most of the staff and it was like Norm going to Cheers. The waitress that we had today had no personality. Ok, it wasn’t overly crowded and staff was adequate. No hello, just “do you know what you want to order?” Well, she could have had a off day. But here’s where it gets real. So we asked for hot tea, got flatware, no spoons. My sister received no butter for her grits. Not a totally bad thing but she didn’t ask or came back to see if everything was OK. We finally got the attention of another staff member to give my sister butter and spoons. My eggs wasn’t cooked as asked and I never got the waffle. She never came back until she brought the ticket. When i ask to remove the waffle since i never got it, there was no “oh, im sorry or can we get that for you to take home? Nothing. At that time some man came in with a bag and he handed the bag to that waitress right over our booth while we were eating. At that time we got up and left. So we will not be visiting there again. I didn’t enjoy my food or service today. Going back to Bessemer City. Shout out to Carlos and staff. You guys rock. Service and food is excellent!

I wanted to shout out the team on staff on 3/19 around 1130am. They were friendly, fast and communicated amongst themselves to keep things going. Everyone knows sundays are a mad house and they were killing it. Once they got through the rush a cook asked for a break and acknowledged their teams efforts. That’s not something we often see, i thought it was awesome and wanted to shout them all out!
