I always eat at waffle house here and there…..this time service was not fully satisfactory. It was my aunts birthday so I decided to take her to waffle house. She ordered grits with her meal but when they arrived the grits were cold. Therefore, she asked the waitress for a bowl of hot grits. Once she received that she enjoyed her birthday meal. As for me, my steak was a little overcooked….ends was kinda burnt from grill. I asked for medium well.

It’s a Waffle House. Hot food and a no nonsense crew slinging really good hashbrowns. The waitress got us seated and our orders filled in a timely manner. Hashbrowns were crispy and waffles were good.

Yep, so me and my daughter sat in this place for maybe 30 to 45 mins waiting to be served. They gave us orange juice which we ask for and gave us a different table as well. Which we did ask for. But the problem was after that no one seemed to want to ask us if we were ready to order after sitting there for 30 min waiting. Customers were gone, that excuse is out the window. They had enough employees, that excuse is out the window as well. It wasn’t busy, excuse gone. So what really was it?. Thankyou but no thankyou.
