We went there to the waffle house at tremor village 3/9/23 was greeted when we went in Paula was our waitress she got our drinks and took our order in a timely manner. she made sure we got our drinks and food in a timely manner and it was correct. I gave it 2 stars because I placed a Togo order today it was an all star with a chocolate chip waffle and 2 extra waffles with a side of bacon. My chocolate chip waffle was burnt along with one of the other waffle I ordered, the grits and eggs were flavorless and the bread had zero butter on it.

Me, my mother, and my son came to this location for a late lunch and the server with the purple hair is VERY rude! We literally decided to leave before even getting our drinks. My 4yr old loves waffle house and was devastated that we were leaving. Thankfully we decided to come to the Hope Mills rd location and they turned things around for us!

The food, when my order was finally made correctly, was delicious, but the service was horrible. The waitress kept messing up everyone’s order and forgetting parts of our orders. How do you forget when you were writing everything down. Even through all her mess ups, she stayed nice until I told her I wanted to pay for my food separately. We were a party of four adults; why would you not ask how we wanted the check? The attitude she copped, along with the way she snatched up that pad to write down what I ordered, had me ready to teach her some manners if you know what I mean. They either need to train her better or let her go. I would eat there again, but she CAN NOT BY ANY MEANS be my waitress again.

It was so unwelcoming. They were not very friendly. The man on the grill would have a very nasty look on his face whenever anyone asked about the way their steak and pork chop cooked. This girl was very rude and would interrupt you as you tried to give your order. I went into this Waffle House thinking it was going to be friendly and welcoming as it typically is anywhere you go but it was very different. I did not enjoy my experience.
