When we got there it was pretty slow. It took a long time to receive our food, and when we did, it was all wrong so we had to return to get it done correctly. No refund, partial reimbursement, or complimentary anything was offered for THEIR mistake for getting the entire order wrong. The only explanation was given was that the cook was tired. It was 10am on a Wednesday so I can’t even say that it was the end of a shift.

INFESTED! 1030 am went to have breakfast and saw a roach with eggs crawling on our window sill, I kept an open mind as restaurants in the south keeping roaches out is tough. I killed the roach, but was going to continue my meal. When I looked to my left on the floor there was another roach. I got up and told a server that I didn’t want that food and why. After she said nothing and stared at me, I gathered my children and left. I had no intentions if paying, however, our server, Dakota, didn’t really do anything wrong so I went to ensure he git a tip and wasn’t required to cover my bill. He seemed annoyed that i told him he would need to clean the squashed roach under the sugar jar. We will never go back here. Hands down. If you have that many roaches running around like that I’m daylight you have an infestation. Get sprayed.

This was our worst experience we’ve ever had at a Waffle House! There was two people working which meant one cook (man) and one server (young lady)! Only thing I can think of is that they both had to be new with very little training!!! A lady had brought her order in 4 different times because her order kept being made wrong so they had to redo the order meanwhile we were sitting there waiting to order! We finally got our order placed but it was pushed aside because he was having to re-fix the order! Other than cleaning up about six tables and booths that needed to be cleaned, the young lady just stood there and watched the guy fix the food! We were there probably an about hour in 45 minutes! It was Crazy!!
