The service was absolutely awful! We had a table of 6 and did not receive one single refill for the whole table! We also found hair in the food and when we tried to get the waitress, Korralyn’s, attention she held up her finger and told me to wait for her to finish the conversation she was having with her coworker. Once we had told another waitress about the hair they took well over 10 minutes to get us a new waffle. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. We then waited at least 15 minutes for our checks after we were done eating but after waiting we never received them and we had to physically go to them to get our checks. The waitress’ were not doing their job AT ALL.

The waitress was friendly. The service was okay. The food was nothing special. The prep area for the waffles was horrible. Wish I had taken a picture. My only suggestion is to clean as you go then you won’t have a pile up of waffle residue. Overall the place was clean minus the waffle maker area. Not a lot of food choices compare to other waffle houses out of state.

Came down here on vacation and ended up at Waffle House 2 nights. Both nights the service and food was incredible. Cee was our server and Noll was the cook, I can’t even explain how terrific they both were. In a time where employees in general are so hard to come by I can tell you Waffle house is extremely lucky to have employees like them. I only hope that waffle house appreciates them as much we did. Seriously though Noll was so incredibly efficient and the food was perfect both nights. They really changed my perception of waffle house.

We arrived and sat at the counter. It was at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Then another 5 before our order was taken. Food arrived only warm because it sat on the counter waiting for the server to notice. We then had to ask for the remainder of the order which triggered a very negative attitude from the server. This used to be a favorite place for breakfast. Not now.

Ordered 2 breakfasts…both 2 eggs over medium. 1 order came out with egg yoke solid cooked. Other order came out with egg white raw (runny). Sent it back. Brought it back an yokes were like poached…solid. asked for the manager. He said over medium, yokes are solid. I disagreeded and he became loud and confronting. Accused me of talking to him like he was a dog…told me we could leave. We did. Eat there fairly regular, but today was my last time

When we got into the restaurant it was a mess there were tables and counters just full of food that hasn’t been picked up the management was doing the best they could.
