I give Waffle House 5 stars because it’s hard to screw up breakfast. The service is always marginal unless you’re a regular. Regulars get different treatment. That’s at every Waffle House. The food does what it’s supposed to, much better than the coffee does. The coffee is marginal, and it’s never ready. Waffle House does not support your 2nd Amendment rights, yet they’ve been saved by legal carrying citizens many times. They use the excuse, we’re only enforcing corporate rules. That’s cool, we follow the rules. I’m giving an unbiased opinion and they still get 5 stars. Still room for improvement Waffle House. We’ll keep your restaurants safe, you, raise your standards of service. And put up plastic dividers to not only stop the spread of germs, but to lower the noise levels. Regardless of what you believe about your 2nd Amendment rights, we need to follow the rules outlined by law and respect the businesses that don’t want it in their establishments or we’re the problem. Let’s all play nice. I do. They have the best western omelet. If I was all over the place I apologize. Great hangover! Cheers y’all!!

First time I’ve ever seen a Waffle House with the door locked and a sign on the door says “closed until 9:15”. It’s only 8:30 now. WH is going down hill fast. Used to be a great reliable place to eat. Not anymore.
