10 minutes before any one came by to even get a menu. Another 10 minutes before the server came back. Had to remind her to take our drink order. Had to repeat the order 5 times before it was right. Asked for Worcestershore sauce, server says they don’t carry it but I pointed it out on the menu. Her excuse, no one gets it though. Had to wait 20 minutes for a refill.

I’ve been to this location several times and it’s usually good service and food. This morning the service was really bad. The food came out at all different times. No drink refill. The waitress didn’t confirm what I wanted, forgot to put the order in and then still charged me when it came out extremely late and not what I expected. They also got part of the order wrong, which they didn’t charge for but were visibly frustrated about the “hassle”. Terrible experience and I’ll probably never go back to that location again.

Husband and I weren’t greeted or acknowledged by staff. A waitress finally noticed us and seated us at the low counter that had an employee’s apron, order book, and some stickers. We had to ask for the counter to be cleaned and the apron/order book be removed. I believe that Waffle House shouldn’t seat any customers where we can see dirty floors/ dishes and overflowing trashcans. If you’re handling money and credit cards, you shouldn’t put your hands on top of mugs, have fingers touching food on plates, or handling flatware without washing your hands. We won’t return to that Waffle House!

Haven’t been to this location for about 5 years. Service was bad then. Has not improved. Coffee being almost $3 bucks a cup. Shouldn’t have to ask several times after your meal is on the table for a cup of coffee. And then shouldn’t have to flag someone for a refill. I was told they were under staffed. But there was only 2 people seated when I arrived and only 7 seated when I left. I had to leave sooner than I planned. Lost my appetite when the two women seated at the table right next to me started sucking each other’s tongues like lollypops. I did leave a tip because the young woman who waited on me was courteous even though I had to flag her down. I have been a Waffle House customer for at least 40 years. Food was prepared badly. Had to beg for coffee. And the erotic floor show turned my stomach. I’d been better off throwing the $18 out the window. What happened Waffle House?
