Now this Waffle house is the best I’ve been to in a long time. The customer service was Awesome. The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. Most of all it was CLEAN! HANDS DOWN TO THIS WAFFLE HOUSE AND STAFF!

So I pulled into get something to eat at 4am and the doors was locked. There was two employees sitting in there looked to be doing drugs by one and the other was playing with her breast. I took pictures they both was hiding they face. This is not the first time this has happened. I will never attempt to eat there again

I’ve been to this WH times before and the service was good, but yesterday 6/2/23 was the worst service I’ve received from the 1st shift crew. I was able to place my To-Go order over the phone after being hung up on 3 three times by someone who was barely audible and them not answering the first few times I tried calling. The second person who actually took my order, which was around 12:20pm, got my number and name for pick up. We headed there at 12:50 and showed up a bit past 1pm and they did not have our food ready. The lady claims to have tried calling me back “because she didn’t know what we ordered”. I had no missed calls from this WH. It only took them 8 minutes after we showed up to make our food, but that is not the point of calling in an order. The food was great in the end, but after an experience like that really puts a toll on your day. Definitely not coming back. We spent $37(?????) on a Philly cheese steak hashbrown bowl and an all star special. No drinks.

Waffle food is okay can’t knock it. But be aware of you get your food for take out it more pricer. Example: I got a Grits and bacon which is normally $9 but paid $15 because it isn’t convene for them to put your food in a takeout container. You’re paying for the takeout container, and the tip that you probably would have left if you had stayed in restaurant.

This is the worst Waffle House I have ever been to. They did not have any staff working, I ordered a waffle and had to pay five dollars for it and then they tell me that they do not have any Syrup lol. Why would you let a customer order a waffle, knowing many people eat them with syrup and not inform them before they order? You were not allowed to sit down inside and eat for some reason. All these people were outside, making a bunch of noise and it’s just a really bad side of town to the point that they had two security officers outside of the building. I also got a copy but I had to wait for the coffee to be made. They were only two customers in the restaurant and I waited on a coffee and a single waffle, or at least a 30 minute. I do not recommend this particular Waffle House to anyone. Trust me.

Much better with new staff at this one-I once vowed not too good back because of the bad service about year ago, but since it is almost right in my neighborhood, I tried it again. Pleasantly surprised. I would have given 5 Stars, but the grits tasted somewhat greasy, not buttery.

Well..I have already eaten my food but it was delicious. I wish I would have to show you. I don’t normally go to waffle house but if I do I will if LIZ is working. She is very clean, changes her gloves when needed as she is preparing and cooking food and she has great customer service. I don’t know of other shifts but only speaking for when I have been. This is my 2nd visit to this location and when I saw her through the windows I felt good knowing my food would be delicious and plated nicely. I don’t know who her manager is but she needs gifts or a raise. The 1st time she was by herself and the relief was late. Not sure if they showed. Tonight was the same, her relief never showed while I was there so the person was very much late or was a no show. I know good help is hard to find so and nowadays help period is hard to find so it’s important to take care of the employees that do show up. I don’t know her personally but her work ethic is phenomenal. She cuts no corners and does it right each time. I would like to believe she delivers that at all times but if she doesn’t for the times I have not been there, I am grateful she is great when I have dropped in for food. I am particular about my food and where I choose to eat. As a female I observe the little things that matter to me. If no one tells you LIZ, your service is appreciated so thank you again and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
