The woman in the photo was rude, I ordered steak and eggs, she only gave me a knife, I asked her many times if I could have a fork, she just told me to give her a minute, ten minutes passed and she didn’t give me a fork, she wasn’t busy! I knew she was in a bad mood and hoped I was in a bad mood too, then I asked her where my fork was and she yelled at me to get out of here! ! ! Tell me to get out of here seven times, loud enough for the whole room to hear! The person next to her said give me a fork, then she stopped Shouting and gave me the fork, but she left the fork and the trash on the table, and when I first got there I asked her if she could clean the table? She also only said to give her a minute, but from the time I ordered food until I left, she did not clear the table for me. It was a very angry experience. I hope you don’t encounter such a waiter.

The BEST Waffle House we’ve ever visited! The food; waffles, eggs, hash browns, sausage, bacon, & coffee were delicious! The service was excellent! Love to see employees having a good time while working with the ability to serve great food and give awesome customer service!

Every waffle house staff isn’t created equal. This was our first time here and although they appeared short staffed, no one brought it up or made an excuse. All the food was good and the service was top notch.

The manager burns the bacon they barely put meat in the hash brown bowl you’re better off buying the sandwich meal and deconstructing it because if you get a bowl their will be one tablespoon of meat on it, kind you I ADDED bacon and their still wasn’t enough to have a piece of meat in every bite, asked the manager why their was so little meat compared to other places I’m paying $12 for a bowl of hash browns and he said “there’s meat in it, isn’t there.” and disregarded my dissatisfaction, this is a newer Waffle House but the service and quality are very low on the totem compared to other establishments I’ll go to Fairview rd or ft in. Waited patiently and did not get greeted after walking in the door and the big girl was very sarcastic kept ignoring us and talking about pies and her showing her phone to others instead of being professional!!!! We left because she was being very rude and acknowledging walk ins for to go orders instead of us seated way before them!!! Please get some training for these folks!!!! Awful service on Saturday, June 3rd at 10 o clock!!!!!!!

They have changed the cheese. Past 2 times that I ordered scrambled eggs and cheese I could not eat them. They have no flavor now. The cheese has been down graded for sure. Way to save money I suppose. Not that I eat there often but now I definitely will not be at all. Probably a good thing .
