My problem with this Waffle House is that my order was wrong, and when told about it been wrong nothing was done to correct it, and on top of that I was charged extra for eggs that I did not order. They could had at least taken care of the eggs I didn’t order in the bill, instead of “well since you ate it, you have to pay for it” from her friend

You don’t go to the Waffle House to have a great entertaining experience. You go there because you are hungry and want to get consistently. I’m visiting the Waffle House during travel. They are easy to find, they are always open, and you get the service you expect. I have never been disappointed there. The best part is that you can watch the food being prepared. I have always found the staff to be friendly and eger to serve you. Yes, I would recommend a visit to a friend.

I would give this place 0 stars of I could! I attempted to eat here tonight February 10, 2023 at 9 pm. I say attempted because I never got my food. One waitress told, not asked that I had to give them some time. The other waitress was too busy spending 20 minutes laughing and talking with customers at one table. I was finally asked if I know what I wanted to drink. I said yes, diet vanilla. I was then asked if I know what I wanted to order. I said since I had never been given a menu that I didn’t. After ordering I sat there for 15 minutes watching both waitresses and the cook talk on their phones. My order never even got placed so I paid for my drink which I had only taken 2 sips of and left. Also the place was absolutely filthy.

Do not dine here!!!! This Google review would not allow less than one star. My husband and I have been to many Waffle Houses, this is the worst service at anyone we’ve had. Never greeted, the only customers waiting and two dirty empty tables available as the rest had customers. Servers made No hurry to clean them. Not sure what the issue was but my husband and myself made eye contact with at least two people working and no one clean the tables and ask us to seat. Seemed like a case of racism and lack of customer service training. I will do what I need to alert corporate of this. It made no sense. We left without any service.

I went to this location to place a quick to-go order for 1 waffle and upon arrival into the restaurant I was not greeted with a hello but a young lady came over to me and asked me to move my car very loud and rudely from the front I explained to her that I wanted to do a quick to go order and that my car had nothing to do with it she had a nasty attitude and proceeded to take my order the whole time she was rambling about my car I told her again that I would move it when I finish placing my order. With the utter disrespect and my frustrations I decided that I wasn’t comfortable with them making my food because she and everyone in there was hostile the place wasn’t even full and it was no need for any type of craziness or loud talking. Bottom line the way I was treated at this location was unwarranted ,unbelievable, hostile ,unprofessional, unjust and very nasty I decided to cancel my order which the young lady didn’t even know how to give me a refund it boggles me that they were so angry about my car but (didn’t even know how to do their job accurately)being in a spot that was definitely a spot I parked in before with no problem there’s no sign saying no parking they were more concerned about what was going on outside of the restaurant instead of cooking and making money for the restaurant on the inside. NEVER… never go here they are racist, biased,rude, uneducated, crazy,and unprofessional ,classless,rude and don’t even know how to give a refund properly. Its all about respect and I had no problem moving my car but I was not gonna to be bullied or told to do anything by her and other members of the team it was not a topic for discussion …My Car ???? I was there to order food if they don’t want people to park there they should have a sign saying that. Also I was told by another young lady with pink hair they have three other locations and I can go there . I told her I have been to them and they act way more professional and nice and that I’m not gonna be wasting my money here. So I went home and cooked the best hot breakfast myself. I don’t need the drama nor the stress , I work to hard to waste money ..but this place has serious problems and management and ownership needs to be present at all times with new introduction to new training techniques and better customer service skills asap /also just being kind which is free isn’t hard. This was an unnecessary situation that got blown up for no reason the workers at this location should only be focused on waffle house , cooking , helping and pleasing the customers and higher standards -by treating all people fairly and just. If this was my place I would be very very ashamed ,appalled ,angry, disappointed and embarrassed that I had all the wrong people working for me that don’t care and are creating senseless problems.. They are running this place in to the gutter. This place is disgusting just like the people that work there …never go here and I will not be back ever in life.
