We packed this place out around midnight. Brought 52 people in at once. The cook and the two waitresses was absolutely amazing! They all had great attitudes and did a tremendous job! We did call ahead.. but still,.. some wouldn’t have wanted us to come. But they didn’t mind at all! Really really sweet people! Highly recommend!

I went to Waffle House off Salem at about 3:35-3:40 AM . As I pulled up, and got out of my car after calling several times with no answer. I saw three employees sitting on the side of the establishment. I walk in as a young man walks in behind me. There were two customers already inside eating, and the place was A MESS! Plates and trash all over the tables , and no one , ABSOLUTELY NO ONE inside to greet us, nor to take our orders. We sat inside for about a minute or two and no one still came to greet us. I heard the young man say, “it’s nobody here” and I responded, “they’re all outside on the side of the building.” I waited a few seconds then proceeded to walk outside to address them. I asked if they were all the staff and the lady responds “yes” and I’m like, “ ooookay, so is anyone going to come in and take our order” and she tells me they’re ALL on break” and I tell them I called multiple times and no one answered the phone, and she tells me they don’t answer phones after 12AM. So I stand and look at them for a minute, and I’m like okay so no one is going to take our order, and she tells me I can go inside and WAIT. I turn around to my car while stating how crazy that is that everyone that works in there is outside smoking. She responds with a smart remark and I drive off! But I turn back around to capture the moment because no one still budges m, or shows care to attend to anyone inside, as the young man is STILL INSIDE WAITING! So I record while saying how it doesn’t make any sense that every single person on shift is sitting outside, and the female tells me to go home and cook! She proceeds to flip me off , and that’s the photo you see here! All I wanted was to grab a swift bite, and go home, but this was A HOT MESS AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Customer service, TERRIBLE! And the FACT THAT NO ONE AT ALL BUDGED for those 10-15 mins of me being there was just pitiful. If I could give 0 stars I WOULD because WHAT IN THE WORLD?!? I really hope she isn’t apart of management because she should definitely be demoted OR FIRED! DO BETTER! I went the Waffle House off 138, where I also saw the young man who came in behind me, & He told me they NEVER CAME IN ! SAD

I haven’t been to waffle house much, but this was the best experience ever. The bacon was cooked perfectly and the waffle was super buttery and good. The grilled chicken sandwich was really good and cooked perfectly. (I shared off my family’s plates) My dad enjoyed his filly cheese steak too.

Unbelievable!! Called and asked if they could handle 53 people at 11 at night Rain said come on over! Her, Ms. Teresa, and Mr. D straight took care of business!! Wonderful experience, great customer service, and Mr D fed us like a complete professional!!! Wow! These folks know how to take care of business!

Me and my girl just came from this Waffle House she ordered grit bowl and was about to get double hash browns I ordered bacon lovers and got burnt bacon and she didn’t even put the receipt in the bag I would like my money back or a new order. Y’all need to stop letting them use those ear pods in there ear then they might be more attentive to there clients……

Ehh. The food just isn’t worth the High cost. SMH. 2 dried up burger patties on burnt buns no lettuce or tomato. The steak hashbrowns bowl was so small, a hardworking adult Male would need 3 of those to be filled. The Drinks were full of ice and very little to drink so not necessary. Oh well. Dine and learn I suppose. On the good side customer service was wonderful. Thank you

Quick weekend trip and as soon as we got off the plane in Atlanta we knew we needed a Waffle House fix. Fortunately for us, this was the location we stopped at! The food was prepared quickly and correctly and was just yummy comfort breakfast food. I got my sugared grits and bacon and I was a happy, happy girl! What made this particular location so fantastic though was the service! Friendly, polite, quick and happy. EVERYONE working here had a smile, they were joking and interacting with each other in such happy, positive ways, all while serving us quickly and making us feel so welcome. Big thumbs up for this location!

Was just passing through on my way to NC and stopped for a meal. Breakfast was great and service as well, however my 5 star rating is actually for the manager of this establishment Makir. There was an incident that occurred while we were dining and let’s just say this young man did an excellent job at addressing the issue. Customers think that they’re always right but when you threaten an employee for doing thier job well you lose that right ( at least in my opinion) Funny cause I was just talking to my husband about this young man Makir and how great he handles the line. I’ve worked in the food industry many years and trust me it’s not easy. Then the incident happened and how he stepped up was very commendable.

I called to place an order and the guy who answered obviously didn’t know how to do it so he asked an employee. He didn’t place me on hold or ask me to hold. And whoever he asked to assist didn’t want to assist so he hung up on me. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. If you do not know how to do something as simple as take an order then find another job!!
