2 staff and 4 customers total and food not prepared to order and waitress inattentive. Omelet brown, dry, and overcooked. Cook made new omelet but didn’t mix in blender so texture not typical for WH and a further disappointment. Hash browns burned and missing onions. Waffle ordered light but served medium brown. Air conditioning blasting freezing air. Terrible experience!

I came into the waffle house on 545 Peachtree sawanee Georgia placed my order and sat down my food was brought to me in a bag as if I asked for it to go when the waitress seen me take out the food she says oh you are eating it here I said yes because I NEVER told her it was to go in the first place and I’m sure she knew that because she brought me my water I asked for in a plastic cup. When I go to check out after I cleaned up my table because I know how stressful that can be and understand they are under paid anyways I realize she charged me a to go charge. When I asked her why she said because she put it in the containers that mind you I NEVER ASKED FOR!!!! Horrible service to me but she obviously had regular customers because as soon as they came in she know them by name and gave them way more attention than she gave me. Once she placed my food on the table she never came back. Customer service has went way down hill and it’s sad because I know she won’t even be spoken to most of these restaurants are franchise and that’s probably where everything goes wrong unfortunately.

Worst waffle house I’ve ever been to. Tables were all full of trash, lots of customers wanting to dine and the server and cook decided they’d rather leave. Both disappeared without a word to the entire restaurant of people. Absolutely shameful behavior and not what anyone expects from waffle house.

The typical dingy look I ordered expect from Waffle House. I just wish the breakfast cook could actually cook breakfast. It shouldn’t be too much to order an egg over medium and get what just that. Breakfast cooks should be able to cook breakfast if nothing else.

They were short staffed like all restaurants these days but knocked it out of the park. The young man serving us wasn’t even an actual server but did an amazing job and made sure we got the right food and drinks and never wanted for anything. The food was devine and plated correctly with right condiments and such, so we didn’t have to ask for the basics. I felt bad for the staff having to compensate for other people’s lack of ability to be responsible, but they showed up and showed out!!! I wish I knew the name of the men so I could give them proper credit. They were working Monday PM after 8:30. A shaved head man and a younger brown man. Kudos!!

Huh… One person working and he’s so passed out he didn’t wake up after we asked him LOUDLY if he was okay. He was just THAT tired and asleep. We walked out. If you travel late at night around these parts, just avoid this location. Hopefully the day shift is better.

This location seriously needs to reevaluate the way they do business… since moving to the area this location refuses to answer there phone for to go orders maybe if they got more business they might be able to keep employees and staff. I mean an entire year and a half refuses to answer the phone and take any to go orders and typically don’t have enough staff/quality employees to run a decent wafflehouse operation.
