I’m always so thankful that Waffle House is open as late as it is. The food is good the prices are great it’s wonderful for a late night dinner especially when you’re trying to stretch the budget. The employees there have always been very helpful and with a good attitude. On our last visit we had the most wonderful waitress I wish I could remember her name because I’d give her a shout out.

This was our first trip to this location. All the staff were very friendly, had a great sense of urgency, and the food came out very quickly and accurately. If we continue to have this experience here we will make the drive to come back. We have another WH 5 min from our house that always seems to be struggling.

My eggs came out still half raw. When I asked if they could recook my eggs I could hear the cook “B” saying that she knew how to cook eggs and then proceeded to say that I would have to wait so she could cook the next people’s food before she would cook mine. When they came out they were still undercooked. I will NOT be visiting this Waffle House again. When I tried to speak with a manager they told me that they were not going to give me a name or number in order to make contact. The lack of respect given to the customers will definitely be this locations downfall.

Normally outstanding service at this location. We had a late dinner last night after doing yard and pasture work all day. The server was very distracted, and the only thing correct on our order was my wife’s eggs! My wife ordered a cheese and egg plate with scattered hashbrowns, extra crispy, raisin toast, and decaf coffee. I ordered the Allstar Breakfast with hashbrowns (SSC) double, a plain waffle, and the eggs over easy. My wife got my eggs, sunny side up, with a double order of hashbrowns (not extra crispy) and plain toast. I got my wife’s scrambled eggs, with plain toast, a single order of plain hashbrowns. Our meals arrived before our drinks. Pointing out the errors to the server, we had to move the items to the correct plates and finally get the server to have the extra crispy hashbrowns made. I ate the eggs sunny side up and the plain double hashbrowns as the server did not seem to understand those errors and attempt to correct them. I assumed it would take an act of God to get the waffle, drink refills, and the extra toast I made with my order. Evetually, the toast showed up after I ate my eggs and still no waffle. As we were preparing to leave, she asked, while taking an order at the tabl we next to us if I was ready for my waffle. We stayed a little longer to get the waffle. Another server checked us out and gave wonderful service, and adjusted off the missing items. She also advised us that the ticket was calculated too high and corrected the overcharge! We will return to our WH, but we will not be served by that server again.

My cousin, who is sitting with my grandfather at the hospice facility, went in to get a to go order and once the waitress and cook heard it was a to go order refused service. What in the hell is wrong with people?! She tried to explain why she could not eat there, which shouldn’t have happened, and they told her to have a good night… What happened to humanity?!

Walked in to order my food to go. Was not even acknowledged and there were three employees working. Asked one of the workers if they can make my order to go and she mumbled under her breath and walked away. Said something along the lines of “my shift is almost over I’m not doing that.” Walked to my car, went back in and still nothing. Will never go back here again, the customer service is absolutely awful and the girl was so mean it actually made me cry when I walked back to the car.

Won’t ever go back. Walked in, sat for 10 mins in the booth, never acknowledged once. Went to covington 142 location close to walmart and had our food on our table 10 mins after we walked in.
