Store was clean, food was prepared fairly quickly. The one cook who was there when we went seems to be slower than others and doesn’t really seem to care about his job. The servers were amazing and fast. Management should leave the evening shift a little more prepared with what they need. However, for the fact management leaves them unprepared they do the best they can with great attitudes! I only go to this Waffle House as the one in Loganville is the WORST!

1st thing when I walked in door, I was asked if it was ok if my hashbrowns had cheese on them, she accidentally put them on…and she’s standing there showing me the plate, so wasn’t a deal breaker so I got my food and checking out I thot it seemed a little high so I asked for a receipt…(normally they give you one) and she was reluctant to give it ..after ho humming around and acting unsure of what I was asking she gave it to me…it had the total of order at the top, then a surcharge for to go supplies and another charge for in something tax ….the surcharges added 3.00 to my bill…….1I feel they tried to hide the charges….I should have been asked if I knew of nrw charges and had the option to accept or decline and 2nd why did she try to avoid giving a receipt after I had to ask for 1….It will be quite awhile before I try thus WH again and I’ll definitely ask questions before hand…..food was decent but definitely nothing to talk about

Took over 90 minutes to get food we got here there was one cook and 2 servers and and two tables. Couldn’t get refills on drinks couldn’t get condiments while food was still hot, orders were not right. Got to Loganville, Monroe, Conyers or Covington. Any of them would have been much quicker!

last sunday i was in a minor car accident outside of the waffle house establishment. luckily it was only a fender bender. due to the “excitement” of the the incident, me and my three year old autistic son decided to get some waffle house to soothe our nerves. upon entering the waffle house i was hit with the most delicious smell of waffles and syrup. my sense were overcame by images of soft waffles drenched in syrup with a side of crunch toast and crispy bacon. i took my seat only to be instantly greeted with a smile. my son joyously sang along to the raisin toast song as it played over the loudspeakers. my waitress, ella, sang along with my son as she took his order. for the past three days my son has been asking when he can see ella again. i ordered the all star meal which was brought to me with haste. the tall blonde fella who cooked my meal made the best all star i’ve ever had. i took a bit of my waffle and gasped. the flavors melted on my tongue. the gooey syrup and soft fluffy waffle had my eyes rolling back in ecstasy. i don’t remember eating my meal due to the speed in which i had consumed it. waffle house, you have gained a new lifelong costumer. i am truly enamored with the gang of teen waffle house employees, the small bald boy, the green haired girl (ella), the petite girl with brown hair (hannah), and the worlds best grill operator.

The service was exactly what we expected. Fast, hot, greasy. But man, it’s like a meat locker in here. I understand the cooks need it, but if they could redirect the blower that points at the tables, that’d be great.
