I love their waffles! They are made to perfection! However, not ever Wafflehouse service is the same, as with most chain restaurants. Considering the differences, I rank them as a 4. Prices are good and the food is prepared fast and fresh.

We didn’t even eat because our server was so rude. We walked in and some customers told us that they were cutting off seating on the side of the restaurant where we sat so we moved to the bar just be courteous just in case they were right. We sat at the bar and understood they were short staffed so we waited. The black guy last night was our server. And there was a lady on the grill. She was doing great and trying her best but this guy was just rude beyond belief. I get being frustrated but taking it out on us was so uncalled for. After some time waiting we were able to order. I gave him my order and the vibes were so tense. My boyfriend gave his order and as he was getting the details of his order the server asked what type of toast and if he wanted grits or hash browns. The server asks in a condescending tone “have you ever been to Waffle House” my boyfriend replied yes and the server says “ I can’t tell”. It wasn’t sarcasm it was him being so rude and disrespectful beyond belief. I never write bad reviews but this was warranted. Never coming back to this place

We went for a quick breakfast after leaving our hotel room nearby. We got almost the whole place for ourselves and we were greeted by Cha Cha, which she was super-friendly, fun to have around, always attentive and overall cool lady (not to mention she could SING).

I am tired of the major disappointments I experience when visiting this location, it’s almost better that they close. The hours are inconsistent and so is the food quality. I am always very detailed when I order and have mastered the correct way to order so that my order, that I always get to-go, is not a disaster by the time I make it home to enjoy it. I always spend about $50-$60 for myself and my family and it seems that if I don’t stick to a simple waffle or all-star meal it is wrong. I asked for the bacon cheesesteak MELT WITH ONIONS, and Hashbrown with EVERYTHING EXCEPT MUSHROOMS. I get home and I only have a little hash browns over loaded with chili, jalapeños and ham. But I paid for all the other items onions, cheese, tomatoes AND my sandwich has no bacon very little cheese and No ONIONS!! Like please close down OR get it together!! I’m ALWAYS PATIENT AND VERY DETAILED… how do you not make this order correct but charge me for ever item I asked for. Ridiculous.

Has to be the worst waffle house out there. Tables stay dirty with plates and they don’t care if you’re waiting for a table they won’t clean it until they’re good and ready. Service sucks too. I waited at a table to be served for 10 minutes. The server ignored me and took the order of someone who walked in behind me. I just walked out. This location needs to shut down.

This was my third visit to a Waffle House, in one day. The other two that were supposed to be 24 hours, claimed to be closed. I came to this one and the waiter was complaining about his job and how it was beneath him. I usually love coming to Waffle House when I travel, but this may be the last one for me.
