The service at this store is amazing! This review is actually coming in a little late (I forgot to write this last Friday [8/25]). The afternoon visit with Nicole and Jasmine was fantastic both in terms of the food and service. Having worked in food service before it was also really refreshing to see the new manager (Asha) jumping in, helping, and looking for ways to improve the lives of the staff. Heartening to see as someone who has had poor managers in past lives! A fantastic model reflective of the atmosphere I always hope to see and receive when at Waffle House!

I’ve been to this location twice. The first time was on a Saturday morning. It was fairly busy, as to be expected. I stood at the des to place my order. The cashier kept losing her pen, flirting with the guys, and walking around aimlessly instead of acknowledging me. After several minutes, I left because she still had not found a pen to take my order.

Best, affordable, delicious breakfast food . Service is dead slow, staffs don’t clean the tables properly once the previous customer leaves from the table. We had to wait for 25 minutes even though 1 table and barstools were available but with leftovers and dirty tables.

12:43am all I want is some food after a long day. I walk in 3 PEOPLE, 3 people are in there. The waitress as rude as can be says she’s going on break and not taking any orders. What? This is Waffle House?? Asked her how long I would have to wait, she seems annoyed I asked and said a long time like 30 min. So I drove away. So I’m going to be honest, the only reason why I went here was because at the time I was suffering from a hangover lol. It was the first breakfast spot I saw so I was like why not stop in and one of the few Waffle Houses that will let you dine in because most of your other Waffle Houses only due to go orders up until a certain time and then they’ll open their dining room up for customers. Now due to the pandemic and post pandemic I really hate that Waffle House close at certain times now I remember them being 24 hours all the time no matter where you went but time change. I got my usual grits bowl and it wasn’t that good maybe next time it’ll be better

My boyfriend and I stopped in after a concert to place an order to-go. We were in the restaurant for over an hour for just 2 meals. It was not busy. Multiple times the cook and waitress/cashier disappeared in the back. Once our food was ready, the waitress gave it to someone else even after the cook confirmed it was our food and then argued with me. Then we had to wait for it to be made again. Won’t be back to this location.

I’ve noticed a huge change to the waiters and waitresses and also the cooks. Everyone there is just walking around and wearing their personal problems in their shoulders. Food coming out burnt and missing details. If i don’t see some of the seasoned waitresses and cooks when i arrive i go to the next Waffle House. This place has to do better.
