This location was the best I’ve experienced in a long time! The staff was friendly and professional. The waitress greeted us quickly and took our orders. The food came out REALLY fast! This location was active, but not too busy at all. We’re definitely going to opt to go to this one vs the neighboring ones in the area.

I wish I knew her name, because I would recognize, by name, the woman who served us! She was fantastic. It was a busy night, we had a few people ahead of us in line to order, and she was the only employee there. Regardless of the circumstances, she absolutely killed it. Our food was delicious, and got through the line as fast as she could. Watching her cook was like watching a symphony! Everything she made was perfectly timed and made with grace. Best experience at Waffle House I have ever had.

Ill start by saying I go to waffle house with the expectation of waffle house. We got in at 11pm on a weekday, there was one cook and a server. The cook had already been on break, when we sat down the server said it was just them and she would be right back…. we waited 26 minutes for them to come back from what she said was a 15 minute break. The restaurant was completely unattended, other people walked in and were VERY close to cooking their own food, some walked in the kitchen. Leaving the restaurant completely that long unattended is a very very bad idea.

My wife and I have been eating at waffle House our entire lives. We have been eating at the waffle House on Atlanta road for the past 22 years and every year the service, facility, and food quality have declined. Yesterday, March 11th 2023 was our last meal at that waffle House location. There were seven team members working behind the counter while there were four tables full of food dishes and trash with three families waiting to be seated. There seem to be two managers worried about managing the other five while no one took any responsibility to make sure that the tables were cleaned so people could sit and eat. Once we were seated, it took forever for our server to get our order and she seemed completely distracted by the teammates discussion while trying to take our order. There was such a backup with cleaning off the tables that the restaurant actually ran out of clean silverware and we had to use plastic utensils to eat our meal. All three of our orders for my wife myself and my daughter were prepared in error as we were all missing a piece of the order, cold food temperature or items missed completely. I asked for well done bacon and sausage which was served barely done. My wife asked for a breakfast bowl with no eggs ( she is allergic) and there were egg pieces as they clearly added them removed. My daughter ordered toast and we had to ask multiple times before she finally received. Once we received our bill to leave, it took almost 15 minutes to check out due to the lack of care or concern of the waffle House teammates to actually check out someone. I hope this feedback is helpful and you will act on it as I’m sure you’ve lost many many other customers from this location. It would surely be great if Joe Rogers were involved in waffle House again.

I had 6 eggs scrambled hard with 2 waffles on the side. They added some hash browns but I didn’t ask for them. But I ALWAYS appreciate FREE FOOD, Thank You. The service was Good . Good people . Nice servers and good attitudes with everyone. They all seem like they happy to be there. I don’t like ANGRY PEOPLE cooking my food, so this was good to see. I had a take out order, and carried my food for 10 minutes before I ate it, and it was still HOT and DELICIOUS. Great job guys
