WORST WAFFLE HOUSE EVER!!! I work late and I always come here around the later times. For the past 3 times I never got serviced because a “cook” wasnt in or shifts are rotating. No waffle house have I been to were closed due to shift rotations. Tonight at 9:00 p.m. my husband walks up and there were 2 employees there. 1 was already standing there. 1 was walking from the back. The employee passes my husband without any acknowledgment sits down to bury his face into his phone. I’m not spending money where I don’t get acknowledgement.

Usually I have no complaints at this location (store# 1700), Wenifer was doing way too much this morning but yet, NOT WORKING! She really need to work at night when they’re just taking to go orders so she doesn’t have an audience to perform for. She went in on this customer and made a whole scene the entire time I was in there (she just wouldn’t let it go) then refused to wait on him (which I can understand if he said something offensive). One of the male workers had already taken over helping the customer but she went on and on which was so unprofessional and annoying at that point, not to mentioned the guy had already apologized several times. She also needed to refund me for an over charge but took a minute standing there insulting a female coworker telling her if she wasn’t sure to stop talking (how rude). And instead of my refund she was trying to talk me in to getting something else….WTH. Then after cashing me out she selected the 5 star experience…no ma’am it was not 5 stars today! I came in a hour and 10 minutes before work and ended up with 20 minutes to get to work and clock in!

Store 1700. The food and cook were fine. My waitress Tadia (I think) was minimal at best. The entire time I was in this store, she was wearing headphones and talking to her mother in loud and intrusive voice. She was already on the call when I entered and was still on the call when I left. I know about her Mother’s Day plans and her 80 yr old grandfather’s plans to marry , among much more. It was very unpleasant, and I was felt like I was eavesdropping on what should have been a private conversation. Most unprofessional and very annoying.

Being a tourist I had to try the famous waffle house .. there is not really Many vegan or gluten free options but waffle house is a old fashion dinner specialising in breakfast they have pecan waffles witch I had they were good it’s good hangover stonner not the best if your a health enthusiast but food and service was good

So I placed an order online and my confirmation stated that my order would be ready at 9:25am on 02/04/2023. When I arrived at 9:25am, I was advised that they had my order ready and they would get it right to me. Well at 9:50am someone asks if there was anyone waiting for an online order. I will say, she was nice and was not the person who told me they had my order ready. She was also very apologetic. However, I now have cold food and of course this makes it horrible. I guess ordering online was a mistake because everyone that ordered inside the restaurant seemed to get there food in a timely manner but I too was a customer and received poor service.

I had one of the best experiences this morning while getting breakfast!! Fresh food from Tasha and T, who were extremely pleasant, even for 4 am. Thank you so much for the great service!!! I’ve been a patron of this location for years but this is the first time that I was moved to write an actual review. I’ll be back when they are running the show for sure!

good food, nice staff. I would go there again, because their food was good, and staff was attentive to our needs. Also, they weren’t making banging, clamping noise of dishes like at many other locations. Rather one of quietest Waffle houses i have been to, so in all it was a good experience. Would give them five stars, but food took some time, also portions were little inconsistent between our 2 orders, so probably need some training there, but definitely one of good waffle houses.
