Waffle House is no longer a budget friendly restaurant as it once was. Food is still good, but prices seem to be a little high considering it’s only breakfast food. Eggs, 2 sausage patties, grits, toast, coffee sounds like a lot. Maybe it is but it’s not worth $14. Even with escalating costs it stop seems a bit much to me.

8:15 and to go only sign at the door. Not surprised cause a couple of months ago we got there right at shift change and the new staff told the customers they was getting To go plates if it was ok. I think that if you don’t like your job description you should find a different job not make your own rules

Stopped in with my grandsons. Ordered two of the 2 egg breakfast plates and 1 of the Texas bacon egg and cheese sandwich plates and 3 waters. Food was served strangely. 2 plates were OK, the other 2 egg breakfast came on 2 plates and a bowl. Had to ask for the grits we ordered as part of one of the plates. Food was OK. Get the check and the prices for each meal were correct but there were 3 $2.50 charges. No tax added. THEY CHARGED ME $7.50 FOR 3 GLASSES OF ICE WATER! Not listed on the menu that they charge for water, not posted in the store anywhere, that they charge for water. The waitress didn’t say anything when we ordered that they charge for water. This is maybe illegal, but definitely un-ethical. And flat out ridiculous!!

Man, they never answered the phone. Pulled up into the parking lot, there was no one in there except for the server and cook. They ignored the phone. We came inside, placed our order of 2 sausage and egg hashbrown bowls with bacon and jalapeños added to it. We paid the price for the extra stuff but never received sausage or jalapeños. Just disappointing

Very horrible service we couldn’t eat because “they were doing a shift change” and the cook was clocked out so he couldn’t cook us something. Definitely should call corporate it’s not the first time.
