I’m leaving this waffle house as I speak!!! I have never paid $27 for an. all star and steak n cheese hash brown bowl!! These folks over charging!! Charged me a to go fee twice!!! Then didnt even make the order correctly!!! Will never be back here!!! Rude as all get out!!

Leaving 2 stars. The food is cooked well, but I paid 47$ for 2 meals only for my double sausage to be left out. I tried calling, and no one answered. The dining room is EMPTY. I JUST LEFT. The little waitress got very snippy with me. I’ve never had that problem before. I tip waitress that aren’t well servers but this rude waitress got nothing. People like her shouldn’t be put in a position where they can’t handle the aggravation because I’m pretty simple.

This is the most unprofessional Waffle House to ever exist! First of all, I used to work at Waffle House so “cry me a river” about how difficult your job is…your most important task is customer service! But evidently none exists here on Fairburn Road in Douglasville. Neither of the staff on duty tonight even attempted to acknowledge me as I sat at the bar stool area waiting to place an order for over 10 minutes, again without even a simple greeting and the restaurant is empty. The bar stool i sat on was sticky with old syrup and I was wearing shorts.. so I slid over to the other stool. Two women were working. An older white lady who was attempting to smash frozen solid sausage into the grill with with hamburger press, and a mixed girl with bleach blonde hair fully drenched in with gel (by the way honey, its 2023 so if you were going for a cracked out “look” with that hairstyle, you nailed it!) I came in to place a to-go order for my kid. I never was served or even asked to wait a moment. So blondie had her back to me and I found that to be quite rude. She was actually leaning on the bar and she was silent. So I asked um can I place my order please? I kid you not she got an attitude with me and said “can’t you see I’m busy?” I said “no I can’t, because your just standing there silently” She proceeded to argue with me yelling that she was calling an order and that I “didn’t even know what she was doing” Look I worked at Waffle House for 4 1/2 years, and I would never raise my tone so ignorantly to our customers. Waffle House used to be a fun place to get some great food and coffee. I honestly wanted to douse her stupid face in ketchup but I’m grown woman so I resisted the temptation and she told me I needed to leave. Cool, I can go ANYWHERE ELSE at this point. As I already exited she proceeded to threaten me while screaming and cursing like she was possessed by a demon. Two staff from the next shift were walking on, one lady was holding her back. Honestly, she may have a very serious mental disorder known as bi-polar disorder. It would be wise to get mental help for her. New staff begged me not to call the police because then they have a ton of paper work to fill out. I agreed to that but it’s only for the safety of other’s that I posted a review. GET HELP!!!

Went in at 1:30am and was told they were only doing dine-in and agreed to dine-in and after sitting for a few mins was told I wouldn’t be able to be served even after waiting. Service was unacceptable. Needless to say I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location and won’t be visiting anymore
