Just wanna give a big shout out to Annette, Kyle, and Brandon! This is the ONLY Waffle House me and my boyfriend have been coming to lately and it’s always an amazing experience. Annette knows exactly what she’s doing on the grill, the food is always hitting the spot! Brandon has been our server a few times before and his positive attitude and fun personality always has us cracking up and having a good time. Kyle was our server tonight for the first time and they are the sweetest! Again, positive attitude and had us smiling the entire time. Will definitely be back to see them again VERY SOON!

The young lady that took my order was the sweetest. She spoke to me as soon as I walked I to greet me and asked if I had a Togo order, she quickly took my order and it was up in less than 10 mins. She gave me all the condiments made sure I had everything I needed and she just had the most pleasant spirit and vibe. She needs a raise I don’t know her name, but she was young and she was taking my order on Saturday Night like 6 or 7.

Kim and Morgan served us! The establishment was clean and friendly. We had an all lady team working on this shift and I was here for All of it! The way these ladies interacted with each other and the customers was amazing. Candy was singing to Denis lol and the two ladies on the girl were turning the food over quickly (delicious). Everything about this experience was stellar!

Today I had an all female team and they rocked. Blake was the host, but the women were cooking and dishing out plates. Nelly was my server, she was making it work. MJ was washing all the stank off the plates. I got to sing for Ms Denise. The whole team was lit and moving in sync.

This is absolutely the worse Waffle House I have ever been to in Georgia the customer service was poor very poor and I will not be returning. The workers were to busy socializing and not worried about their guest I waited forever for eating utensils while my food just sat there. They also rushed me to pay so I had to stop eating my food get up and go pay because some girl was ready to get off like how rude . But they expect a tip yeah I won’t be returning to chapel hill location anymore rather spend my money at a different location where my service is valued.

I love this new Waffle House. The food was cooked perfect, it wasn’t freezing cold inside. The restaurant was clean. The only reason they didn’t score 5 stars with me, was our server, Tee. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what her problem was but she had the personality of a Bull Shark. I realize good help is hard to find. I’d like to know who hires these hateful servers, Atilla the Hun? If you don’t like working with the public go get a factory job instead of spreading your hatefulness to the customer. Without even checking on us Ms. Personality left the building. I would definitely recommend this place just don’t sit in her section.

I went in around 9:30pm. Brandon, Annette, and Alexx were working. They were friendly and had smiles on their faces. They truly seemed happy to be be part of the Waffle House franchise. These are the kinds of people that you want in the forefront. I placed a to-go order. Annette cooked the food and it was delicious. Brandon took my order and read it back to confirm what I wanted. He advised me that the time would be about 10 minutes. The timing was accurate. Alexx was doing prep work. This crew seems to work well together.

The difference in service between shifts is noticeable already. The day service is amazing, no complaints. The night service lacks the attentiveness needed to properly fulfill to-go orders. I had higher expectations for this location only to have the same mediocre experience as any other Waffle House.

Been to this location 3 times because 3rd time is a charm and once again an epic fail. We order the same thing and I mean the EXACT same thing every time we come. But for some reason they prices vary depending on the person who is taking to order. They seem to be confused on the prices and then wanna to add stuff I didn’t order. You write down a blueberry waffle but when I asked if you charged me for it, you said uhhhh I didn’t. Staff needs to be retrained on the prices because my prices shouldn’t change if I get the same thing. So I’m owed some money or something because that’s not right. Have someone else take order because that Lady T chick didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and messing up orders.
