While the food was good the server was extremely unfriendly and slammed our food and drinks on the table. She was nice to another table but mean to my friend and I and at the end when handing us our checks she suddenly had an attitude change and gave us our first and last smile of the night. I’m big on tipping as an ex-server but even then I couldn’t bring myself to tip more that $2.

Foods not bad, in one aspect, service is good but as far as consistency of price terrible. I stop here on my way to work. I pass through at about 0430. It’s nice and close to the interstate, so it’s very convenient to swing by an pick up Togo. I can go the multiple times get the exact same thing mind you, and get charged a different price each time. What I get is on the side menu, and I don’t get hash browns, so there’s the confusion. The other day, the server actually called the mngr for the price , so now I know the correct price. I went by this morning and was charged $4.00 over what the manager quoted last time so. Make sure you check those receipts!!! This location has lost my business. I’ll stick with the cartersville location and nuke it to reheat at work they charge me the same price the manager quoted over the phone. By the way no receipt offered or given, imagine that and I forgot to ask for one.

For the first time out of my 20+ years of coming to Waffle House was i disappointed! This location in the morning kicks a** but my family and I gave the dinner shift a try and it was a horrible experience. Waitress was awful, can clearly tell she didn’t want to be there, for so many items we had ordered, took us reminding her 3 times to bring our drinks even after all the food arrived. The food was MEH at best. Like I said 1st time ever I left feeling down and disappointed.

I’ve definitely had better experiences at other Waffle Houses. I’ve actually have had a great experience before at this one. This visit was way under expectations as when we arrived for dinner on a Sunday evening, no one was in the parking lot. I thought this is a first and decided to go in opposition to my wife’s better judgement. For starters, ALL the tables were dirty with plates and leftovers on them. 3 employees chitchatting in the corner. One of them greeted us dryly and was our waiter for the evening. We ordered to have missing items from our meals, to get a dry apology as “the food is coming out slowly”. Again we were the only customers there. Once we got the remaining food, which some was over cooked, we hurried to eat so we could leave. The whole time during our meal the employees were talking down about other employees which were not there and how they were not going to do the dishes or mop because it was not their job that they were just going to sweep it under the stove. I was so glad to get out of there as it felt uneasy to be there, as if everyone else knew not to come there tonight and we just didn’t get the memo.

The food was good, and the service was reasonable. I am only giving 3 stars because the tables and floor were dirty. There were plenty of staff when we arrived, and several were standing around doing nothing which led me to believe they could have cleaned a little better. We were travelling and there were few options at midnight so with that said, it is a Waffle House at the end of the day.

Pulled into the parking lot and sat in the car and watched for 5 minutes and in that time span SO MANY GROSS violations. One cook had a beard that was literally 2 inches from the cooking food and not covered, no hair nets, one girl vaped and then blew it onto the food on the griddle and then that same girl was hugging and kissing on that cook with the long beard. Ear pods all in, playing on their cellphones. Like just no. The cook with the beard was also deinking something while cooking and leaning his butt against the cook/food line. I told boyfriend hell no leave.
