We visited this Waffle House around 2pm, so it wasn’t busy at all. They had 6-7 employees at the time. We waited 15 min and no one acknowledged us, I asked the the cook if he could send a person to help us and he said okay, however, 5 more minutes past and no one showed up or said anything. We got up and walked away.

I worked here for a day. The food is ok but the people are a bit weird. A bunch of old smokers. Not bad people though. The place smells like smoke which isn’t the most appealing. At least they smoke outside. They still haven’t paid me and sent me off because I can only work over the summer. The place isn’t very clean. Behind the counter is very slippery and covered in grease and food. The dishes aren’t cleaned well either. They don’t scrub them enough. I’ve only been here twice though.

Food Good, Cleanliness Bad, my server was busy she was great I asked about 4 servers there to hand me my waffle to go. They all looked at me then started doing there work again totally ignored me. Finally my server comes over after doing dishes and handed it to me. I asked her don’t you guys help eachother when your busy. They need training and Cst Service rehab.(waffle was white it was so under cooked)

I went here with my husband for the 4th time. It doesn’t look the cleanest but the score is a 92. Our server was friendly and helpful as always. It started with the ham being spoiled which she quickly had that removed and changed out for us. The REAL ISSUE was while eating our meal a roach came crawling out on the table. My husband called our waitress over and she was also upset and went to get her manager. He wouldn’t even come out to speak to us. He told her to charge us for what we ate and take the rest of the food left on our plate off the check. That was totally unexceptable. He was such an unprofessional and careless manager to still expect us to pay for that food. Not to mention while he was out walking around he continuously spoke to the white guy behind us and never once acknowledged us. We left our waitress a tip and left the building. I will never go to this location again. Today is July 17th, 2023.

Be prepared to wait. Waited 40 mins for a to go order. Just ordered an all star and a Texas toast BEC with hash browns. Girl that took my order seemed like she was very frazzled. Finally a red head waitress ask what I ordered and I told her. Turned around to look at the to go orders and it was just chilling on the counter. Then I had to wait on the waffle cause the other one got cold. Lady that took my order took another gentleman’s order right behind me and she seemed like she was more worried about his then mine because she said she was sorry for the wait and blew him kisses. Had tats up and down her arm and hands. Kinda look like prison tats or she was free drawing on her hand. Finally got home and the sandwich was a Philly egg and cheese and not a bacon egg and cheese. The first time and last time I’ll go there. Make the extra drive to the one going toward the hospital.

Staff is unprofessional!!!! Filed complaint due to cook attempting to fight because customer complained about food. Cook came behind counter to try to fight! GM called late hours regarding complaint and talked the whole time and never acknowledged how the staff acted! Customer was threatened by cook and GM was there and did nothing!!!! Pressing charges

Every Waffle House is great because they are always different. Meaning you can go to a waffle house in a county over and get a totally different experience! Favorite things to eat there is sausage,egg and cheese hash brown bowl. I love their classics like patty melt plate, chicken sandwich, cheeseburger and of course they are know for their waffles and hash browns!!!

Visiting from KY with my grandchildren. Waited 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. Stepped closer to the counter and was asked do you want to place a to go order. I said no we would like to eat in. She said have a seat until we can clear a table. A white couple walked in and was immediately asked what was needed and tables were cleared. The young man offered us to sit there and I said that is onle 2 seats. There are 4 of us. He pointed to a table and said he would clear it off. He did when the lady who didn’t acknowledgement us asked whose gonna service them, “she won’t be back until 2”! It was 12:50. The white couple began to sit there but was told it was for us. About 4 more white couples came in and the staff immediately cleaed tables for them to sit. I had ordered drinks. The server brought one. I paid for it for $2.25 with a $10.00 bill and told him to keep the change. We left.
