Today, I decided to try the Waffle House located at 700 Glynn St. in Fayetteville, GA – this was my first visit at this particular location. Placing my order was seamless, and I received my order in a timely manner. Upon returning home, my son and I started to eat. Unfortunately, I was immediately met with an unusual crunching noise – I spit the food out and attempted calling at 10:30AM, but to no avail. After calling repeatedly, I decided to return to the store and ask for a refund – my total was $15.60. When I arrived, I was greeted by Yeya, and I asked if she could locate her manager. She immediately informed her manager, that a customer needed assistance.

This place is wildly inconsistent, sometimes it’s good and sometimes its it’s bad. The staff can be one if the most kindhearted people, sometimes they don’t even look at you despite you being the only customer there. Sometimes the food is great, sometimes it makes cardboard look tasty. 2/3 of times I went there it was decent, but be warned that the quality is very flexible.

Great food and great service. I found out that they still offer steaks and grilled chicken. They’re just not on the menu. Just ask. Next time I’ll have a T-bone and eggs.

I eat at this Waffle House at least twice a week and usually get the same thing every time. Last night, I took a suggestion from the cook, and ordered a Double Quarter Hashbrown Bowl. It was excellent!!

It took 15 mins for someone to even acknowledge me and 45 mins to get my food once I finally did order. The staff was for the most part nice other than not being organized to know who was taking what section. The food was ok but not the best. Leaving a one because I have to. I ordered the bacon cheesesteak meal with my hashbrowns scattered, covered and chunked. (Ham and cheese) the hashbrowns came back mostly onion little bit of potato. I was like okay whatever and was going to attempt to eat it, went to put mayo on my sandwich and there was a hair. The waitress was very rude and hateful and yelled at us fine you don’t have to pay for it. No apologies or anything. Gross, rude and will NOT go back.
