Most relaxing Waffle House I’ve ever been to. The wait staff saw to our needs right away and then left us in peace to enjoy our meal. The most amazing thing about the food was it was actually good. It was cooked with care. It did not taste like old grease like pretty much every waffle house I have eaten at before. l felt like the cook was cooking with care and cleanliness in mind just like I do at home. I recommend this waffle house above all others.

Wonderfully renovated location with the best service you can get. Thank you for providing me with a great experience. The food was on point and I really felt like a valued customer. Also it was refreshing to see a lot of young people running the restaurant. It’s sad to say but normally you don’t get in good service with a younger crowd. Great job.

Stopped in kinda late, about 9pm. Get in the door and I was asking my husband if he wanted to sit at a booth or the counter. While trying to get a answer from him, the cook informed us that half the restaurant was closed due to it being only him and one waitress on staff. No worries from us since we were a party of 4 and there was already a party of 2 seated and eating but no other customers. We settled at the counter and ordered. Waitress was amazing. They got our drinks and started on our orders. Cook seemed to want to rush and at one point knocked a stack of to go containers onto the floor. All the bacon delivered to us was extra crispy, actually black on one of my pieces. I asked for extra crispy hashbrowns…they weren’t. The bowl of chili ordered by my aunt was sent back because it was cold. Cook put it in a skillet to warm it. Otherwise no issues.

Upon arrival, three friends and I sat at the counter; it was very dirty. The server complained about being ten minutes late at this point it was 9:50pm; which he had been there since 9pm. The server asked one person what they wanted before asking anyone what they would like to drink. My one friend received his meal before the counter was cleaned, or I or the other two friends received their drinks or had our orders taken. The chef named Bill seemed to be more on top of it than the server; he could have run the establishment better alone. The server turned away a family that came in, resulting in a person who had ordered togo to cancel his order because they were overwhelmed because he said that there is only one of him and can’t handle it. The food was excellent! The chef did fantastic. The server was absolutely terrible. I watched this establishment lost at least 11 customer orders, and half of the restaurant is only serving togo only? Place needs help. Love waffle house sad to see this. This place should get that chef, a server who can service tables.

First off, I love WH. This is just a review of my last visit, not an indictment of WH in general. Wasn’t extremely busy when I got there, but no one said Hello or Welcome – usually do. 5 min passed before waitress came to get order. 2nd waitress nor cook acknowledged we had come in, but both looked at us. Hashbrowns were overcooked, almost burnt. Waffle was undercooked, barely brown. Will go back but just felt like the B team was working. Was not a terrible experience but not a typical WH experience.

My sausage cheese omelet looked like the pizza we got in school. The lady gone say…so it’s too dark??? Chile…you know that is not how the omelet suppose to look! We spend money for takeout and they prepare it however they want! Sorry guys.
