The cook had a nasty attitude she got mad because I didn’t realize onions came on my sandwich got mad & made a loud noise because she had to take the onions off my sandwich. The hash browns were not cooked all the way. I will never go to this waffle house again. However the young lady that took my order was very nice.

We ate at a Waffle House in Jackson, Georgia. It was fantastic! The cook was singing and I challenged the person to a karaoke battle! Everyone in the restaurant enjoyed the show! I’m shy so I didn’t really sing! Our food was good and hot. I enjoyed watching them cook our food. They had a huge menu.

The workers were talking negatively about personal situations, etc. Also, we’ve tried to call this Waffle House on several occasions with no answer after several attempts on each occasion. Half of the rearurant was blocked off with chairs on tables when we arrived and when we left and one couple left without even coming inside probably due to chairs being on the tables giving the impression that there was a problem of some kind. However, in spite of all this, my wife and I did have a good experience and our food and service was good. Paul

Racist establishment. Took a white mans order and then told me she couldn’t take mine. Didn’t explain why this was happening and then told me to move out the way so she could help other white people. When I asked why she did that, she gave a bogus response. Even if it was a legitimate reason, it looks like bad business. I am attempting to be a paying customer and you should try to make me feel appreciated. I could say more but it’s not worth it. Be weary of this place. I took my business else where , went to huddle house and was treated with respect as soon as I walked in the door.

The worst service. 20 minutes without a drink. Had to ask for our drinks. 30 minutes in and she(Lex) hasn’t even called in our order. She never came back to refill drinks or check on us. The cook was slower then molasses. The restaurant was half full. I’m all for training somebody but at some point somebody has to be accountable.

I’m a regular at this waffle house and Jaren, the server on night shift, took amazing care of my table and food every time I came in. If something was wrong he would fix it no problem. Always welcoming and smiling and had a great attitude. Give this man a raise!!!

Don’t know how there’s even four stars. Every time I go in after 10 it says “take out only” which is ridiculous because there aren’t even many people, and when you try to call it goes straight to voicemail, every single time. It says that they are not answering calls due to the amount of “dine in guests” but how can there be any dine in guest if it’s take out only? It truly baffles my mind

Hats on backwards no gloves while cooking the server was so rude and kept rolling her eyes our food was cold because she was all over the place doing nothing. her remark to me when I told her I wanted Sprite was “well that’s all the way over on the other side do you want anything else?” She really hated her job and it showed! Not only was she rude to us but the people that sat in front of us she was to them as well and messed up their order. The waffles are to thick just a mess!
