There weren’t many people in the restaurant when I went. I asked for coffee that took forever to come and then I was given no utensils to stir. I asked for a plain cheeseburger, no bun, scrambled eggs with cheese, and tomato slices.

Can’t be bothered to answer the phone then when you call the complaint number in the store it specifically tells you they are not taking any call that you have to file your complaints on line no online order so the only watt get a to go order is to wait Inside the store for you to go food all the while being charged an extra $2 that goes straight to waffle house and apparently doesn’t go to the. Service is poor, and they charge you to take out. If Service and prompt attention was better more people would be willing to sit in. 40 mins for a take out order is insane especially when the restaurant isn’t as busy as it could be. They also don’t itemize your ticket which leads me to believe they’re ramping up charges to compensate for losses tips

Understaffed so it took awhile for the waitress to get to our table. Another staff member saw we had been waiting and brought us drinks. Order was prepared properly and was not greasy as in found in some other WH location. We did not hold it against the staff that they were shirt staffed and left a great tip for the waitress and other staff member who helped her out.

I came to this location at 3:51am and the door is locked and the place was full of people at the bar. None of the workers have on masks. The workers side they are closed and there is no sitting in, but there is six people sitting at the bar area eating and came in way after 9pm cut off which the door state it…. the workers also don’t have no customer service skills at all…. this place I wouldn’t ask anyone to go eat there or visit there at all also be mindful this place did the same place a lady was shot and killed in the parking lot of this place…… I also contacted the fire department is that’s of code to lock doors while people are inside and they still cooking
