Not a good representation of the brand. Walked in for the first time, no one spoke. The manager was standing at the grill looking and didn’t say a word. The District Mgr was visiting in the picture and still no one said “hello.” They we’re busy chatting instead of being focused on their paying customers. The food was delivered and either the waffle had a hair on it or the knife that I spread it with had a hair on it…showed it it the server and she brought me another one. The Unit Manager was very obnoxious in his speech and actions. I won’t be back to this location. Disappointed…

I normally don’t have any issues with this location but this morning I was completely stunned how unprofessional my experience was. One out of the two workers there this morning was holding every other customer and myself up with her laziness. I can’t tell if she was under the influence of something or just being unbelievably lazy but her behavior, demeanor, and attitude was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Finally, I decided to leave after waiting several minutes for a cup of coffee while she sipped out of hers and looked confused.

Slow service. Did not come back to refill coffee. Tables were not clean. Had to ask for coffee refill. Waitress not friendly and she was rude when asked about the food being ready. Her name is Ashley. Will not be back to this waffle house. So very tempted to walk out. Ms. Tori relief manager came and refilled coffee and brought our food dishes to us. I am sorry to say that we will not be coming back to this waffle house. I will go to one on New Franklin rd.

5-6 employees in the restaurant and yet not one of them acknowledged me when I walked in. Not even a single “hello”. I should’ve read the reviews before I went so I would know what to expect. After waiting around for several minutes I decided to leave. This was my first time ever at this particular waffle house and it will be my last.

My experience overall was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a waffle house. Not sure what was going on, but it needs to be fixed. For example, I ordered an all star special with bacon, eggs scrambled with cheese and ham and cheese on my hashbrowns. The only thing I recieved was hashbrowns that were too hard to even fold yet alone eat without the ham and cheese and the order of scramble eggs which was the best part, a completely different waitress had to refill mine and my son’s drink. Never got checked on, never asked was everything okay when our food came out in multiple rounds (not together) My son got eggs scrambled with cheese and cheese hashbrowns with a grilled cheese as a side and never fear, the cheese wasn’t even melted, see pic of grilled cheese below. It won’t mean a whole lot, but I will never come back to this location, at all. Just sharing the experience with others.
