I had amazing waitress name, Karen she was extra polite and very attentive. She made sure my coffee was topped off every 10 minutes. She’s very polite for my entire visit dining in. Terrible service night shift very unprofessional charged me for plastic utensils but gave me dirty silverware I went to play the jukebox and was told that they were not going to turn the radio off so I cld play it but I wld be hearing two songs the radio n song I purchased so disappointed in the soupy chili and the service

This is a good place for a quick bite to eat. I usually get the hashbrown bowls. Staff are friendly and quick to get the food to your table. Sometimes they get very busy, especially after church gets out on Sundays.

Everything I was looking for in a Waffle House, absolutely amazing, as soon as I walked in I received very sub par service and instantly I knew this was going to be a great meal, the food was decent as all waffle houses food always is, however the atmosphere is just amazing there were like four fights going on and I’m pretty sure one of the Waffle House employees nearly killed a guy, overall this was exactly what I needed

Worst Waffle House ever. Went late on a Friday night after a football game. Not that many customers for a late night but people were waiting for tables because the staff would not clear them. We cleared our own table. After waiting 30 minutes for the server we left. There were plenty of staff on duty. At least 5 on staff. Went to Waffle House on the other side of the interstate. Had the usual excellent Waffle House experience. The staff there said the other store is known for deliberately not clearing tables and making people wait until they leave. Waffle House has lost a customer of over 50 years.

We finally found a room at this Hotel. That we didn’t know existed in Carrible. It was very clean. But cold to me.However.They supplied a heater.It came in handy for me.I would stay at this Hotel again.

I was visiting with family and stopped in super early to get my whole family breakfast. As someone who teaches customer service, it is rare I am actually impressed. Shay jumped up to help me when I hit the door, was beyond professional, and she went out of her way to be friendly. Andrew made sure everything was correct and to my liking. It’s rare that you see people go above and beyond & actually care. They were awesome.

Here on a Wednesday night before thanksgiving. Awful. These two servers could care less about the customers. Add stuff to my order that I never asked for. Took almost an hour to get a sandwich to go. If I pull in and see these 2 from here on out I will just find good else where. Poor cook was doing her best but she was setup for failure with the two servers.
