At approximately 7:18 AM, 12/10/2022, my wife and I noticed an employee behind the counter cooking food without a hair net and gloves. We noticed that he was noticeably laughing and cursing over the meals being prepared. This young man was making weird noises and playing, laughing, and playing with the other co-worker beside him as he worked. My wife finally decided to ask the young man if he could please put on some gloves. The young man replied yes, and turned around and started cooking again without the gloves/hairnet. He started to get angry and that’s when the manager stepped up and told him’ no no no!’ The young man was stating that it’s two against one, when the only person in front of him was his manager. This young man should not be any representation of the Waffle House establishment, as he is rude, and doesn’t honor the cross contamination rules. Not only was this young man verbally nasty, scratching his hands and dreaded hair without any hairnet, he was also sagging. One customer at the counter joked that no one wants to see his ‘ass’ ’ while having his food prepared. There was a uniformed Clayton county police present and he also commented that my wife was right by asking him to please put on gloves.

I LOVE MY FOOD THANK YOU TO THE COOK IT WAS SO GOOD 3/24/23 9AM As for the lady who embarrassed, and made me cry because i didn’t sit in the designated area. I was sitting right next to the jukebox that I was paying for and waiting for my food. She got all the piercing ‘s in a nasty attitude, and the place was not busy at all.

Second time coming here and it’s 5:20am. I’m hungry for Waffle House and can’t get food. The place seem to be closed at the same time everyday. I have to travel to the store because no one answers the phone. Then get to the store and the employees say they’re not taking orders.

I noticed the store not very clean at all while I was eating looking at trash all under where the workers were cooking floors dirty. I ordered my food harsh browns eggs toast and bacon everything was ready but my bacon it took them at least 10min. to bring 3 scripts of bacon out to complete my meal. I started eating most of food already. Not a good place to eat. Cleanliness rate 0

So I never expect the best customer service out of Waffle House but this was the first time I’ve been blatantly ignored. My waitress (Cookie? I believe) looked over me at least 3-4x as I waited to be given a menu, 2 of the other employees acknowledged me multiple times and told her I was waiting on her MULTIPLE TIMES and she just kept glancing over me. After about 20 minutes of waiting she finally comes up and says “Oh I didn’t see you over here, what you ordering?” (She definitely saw me— multiple times, we locked eyes at least twice) Ma’am I don’t even have a menu, took her about 5 minutes to give me one.

A very clean restaurant. I am pleased with service. I enjoyed the biscuit and sausage gravy. Along with a cup of coffee. This location gave off a good vibe. I was welcomed in soon as i walked in by the staff. I plan on coming back again.
