Me and and my son was there 4/29/2023 around 2:40 pm got the food and drinks 1st of all I had discovered something in both drinks I reported that to the worker and she remade them and secondly they took forever to bring my waffle out then my 5 year old son said mommy it’s hair in the food what horrible experience for the 1st time ever at this Waffle House and I can’t believe they still made me pay after bringing this situation to there attention. I couldn’t even finish my food and I would never return here ever again I hope corporate take action accordingly

My wife and I arrived for dinner 6/4, we were the only ones in there. There were 2 servers and 1 cook. One server took our order and went to a booth and watched videos with the other server on a phone. The cook brought our food out and I had to ask the cook for a refill on my drink. The server came over after we were finished and asked if we needed anything else. There was trash on the floor and someone left to go containers on another table. The cook deserves all the credit for our visit.

It’s been way to long since I gotten Waffle House and it was pleasant. Food came quick and tasted fresh. They were short staffed so took a little longer to get refills. I would definitely go here again though.

Update: this location has gone down hill. They hire people who don’t want to work so they close off the restaurant seating and try to get people to leave by sayin g they are to go only. I say this because we walked in with the intent to get our order to go. The lady quickly told us they were to go only. We told her that was fine. The cook then tells us she’ll have to heat up the grill and it will be a while. We literally saw people walk out with their to go order before we walked in. They say whatever to get people to leave so they don’t have to work.
