The service was great but the food was not very good!!! I had scrambled eggs with cheese hash browns and bacon. Both the hash browns and the bacon were overcooked!!! This was my first time eating at a Waffle House restaurant and I am thoroughly disappointed!!! I am only giving a 2 star rating because my waitress was very nice.

I was eager to try The Waffle House as I had heard so much about it. The location was clean and the staff was courteous and friendly. I especially enjoyed the professionalism of the hostess who was also responsible for bussing the tables. The food was okay. It wasn’t bad, but not great. I had the All Star Special for $11.25. 2 eggs, grits, sausage, toast and a waffle. It was filling but did not make me want to rush back.

I had a plain waffle with butter and syrup, bacon, and coffee. It was beyond delicious! I love how the waffle is subtly sweet and the edges have a crunch. I sat at the counter so I could see everything going on in the kitchen. Boy, the staff was hustling. They earn every dollar that they make (I’m sure it’s not enough). As soon as they cleaned off a table, it was reoccupied by another group of customers.

Went for a bite after a concert. Should have seem the red flag of people lining up even though there were multiple empty tables and no on at the counter. Waitress could not handle more than 4 tables and the Togo window was taking walk up orders while we waited and waited. Over 40 minutes for a table even though there were plenty empty. Then when we walked in some of the empty tables were piled high with dirty dishes. As a former alumni WH waitress I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. This location is literally across from the Centennial Olympic Park and near the State Farm Arena & the Stadium. That is what should be the perfect location and should be equipped to deal with rushes after shows or games. The whole experience took about 2 hours and 40 minutes. I did not get my order of just one Pecan Waffle until way after the rest of my party was finished. It had already taken an hour to get some water & coffee then to order. We had to keep asking if my waffle order was in. I was told we had to wait for him to do some other orders. What?!? Other orders that were taken after me. Then when I finally got my waffle it was completely over cooked. How do you mess up a waffle at the Waffle house?

Saddddd looking breakfast. Waffle House is definitely not as good as IHOP. Had my order to go this morning. When I got back to my hotel, this is what it looks like. It was too cold to walk back outside to return it. I’ll never buy food from there again. Nobody should.

Staff is SO sweet and accommodating. Grits are a must-have. Food comes out fast and hot, highly recommend! I do suggest you ask for your waffle well-done, ours was a little undercooked for my taste. They work hard to make sure guests are happy.
