I’ve now come to this specific Waffle House location 4x over the last several months – each time, the service is fast, efficient, and friendly. It’s typically Sunday brunch after church – no wait. Attentive staff. The manager(s) run a tight shift. Everyone is so friendly and nice. We’ve been to other locations around atlanta that are the opposite. So this specific one off Cheshire Bridge is our go-to! Food is reliably tasty, at great prices, with friendly service!

Two specific female employees loudly bad mouthing management, other employees, tables not wiped down until customers came in. No management, leadership or discipline. Sad companies feel they have to put up with this behavior. Fire them and keep looking. Good people are out there who will work and be polite.

As someone in the service industry, my friends and I had such an unpleasant and unwelcoming experience upon arrival. We were demanded absurd amounts of money to be granted the chance to place a to-go order by the waitress. Mind you, the 24/7 establishment was empty at 5:22 am. It left us shocked and confused as to why we felt hassled and attacked before any ounce of service was provided. Regardless, we were going to tip well, but the persistent demand of a $10 deposited tip per person before being welcomed to place a to-go order was full of entitlement and disrespect.

The wait staff is so unprofessional I don’t know how this place is still in business they come to the window with the most disrespectful attitudes. We didn’t ask you to apply to Waffle House but if the customers are spending their hard earned money with this establishment we expect some type of decorum. My experience here was not well. After a hang out in another place i went here to eat something and to stay inside one local or restaurant bc I was moving in Uber that night and I arrived around 9:30 – 10:00 PM of this Friday and they are close the dine-in, bc they has these policies to close at 9 pm and star selling food by the Window. We assumed that it’s a insecurity issues of the area around this Waffle House, isn’t a direct problem by them, it’s with the hood around this WH location. So me that I didn’t know Atlanta or this specific area I felt bad bc I can’t eat normally in this place for the situation of that area, also involving me in the insecurity bc I was outside without security waiting another Uber or another friend to pick-up me. It’s regrettably that in this big city or state happened that kind of unsecured stuff. Btw the food was okay and they didn’t disappoint with their food, the problem of them got out of the hands bc it’s a third-party problem.

I came to this restaurant at 1:18am on Monday June 27th 2022 and the workers on staff were having an entire conversation while I waited at the window. I proceeded to ask what time they were open they both walked outside to smoke a cigarette and continued the conversation. Not that they were short staffed or in need of resources but simply because they wanted a smoke break there was no line no wait no one answered the phone and it just holds a terrible standard for Waffle House that the employees just take breaks just because. Mind you two cars pulled up behind me and asked were they serving and literally no valid reason besides wanting a cigarette
